I have an iPhone 7 Plus and a Note 4, iPhone is my daily driver but I also use the Note 4 to listen to music and watch Kodi on it, should I upgrade?
MrDefeater94 how do you intend to use your Note8 if you do upgrade? You said that you use your iphone7 plus as your daily driver and I'm guessing it still works fine for you. If you only had the Note4 then yes I'd say upgrade to Note8. Or if you just want the latest and greatest Note then definitely upgrade I believe the Note8 is a worthy upgrade to the Note4. I skipped Note5 and Note7 when they were released i felt the Note4 was still strong. I upgraded now as I wanted better camera, better multitasking and improved S Pen. If you want Note8 you can now use 2 different Bluetooth speakers to play your music on ;)
JenJen to be honest I hate my 7 plus just way too watered down and limited, If I get the Note 8 It will be my daily driver for sure but I'll keep the 7 plus for the camera and Snapchat.
MrDefeater94 I get you. I don't like iPhones for that very reason I feel trapped and get bored easily same old thing in my opinion. Note8 is great daily driver for sure. But with Snapchat app when you use front camera zooms in way too much on Note8... No idea why maybe lack of support I guess! However actual camera on Note8 is great and the screen on Note8 is gorgeous!

This feature is amazing. I have a Google account for normal things, and another Google account I can log in and sync INSIDE the secure folder. I get to have 2 Google Photo, and 2 Gmail simultaneously.
This was a VERY HELPFUL video- good insight on how to utilize the Secure Folder!

Hello Sakitech, I really appreciate the time you put into creating the some of the most comprehensive instructional videos on here. Would you please do a more in depth video on backing up and restoring secured files as well as maybe moving them back to unsecured status. I have experienced once securing any files or data, not being able to locate them when moving to another device etc... Thanks

Thanks for another great video. However, I found a potential 'back door' that's not at all secure. Once I've added notes in the Samsung Notes folder within the Secure Folder, I found that I was able to 'see' the notes when I access View All Notes with the S Pen? Is there a way to prevent this?

Just a FYI , SOMEONE CAN SEE YOUR PREVIOUS RUN APPS WHEN OR IF THEY HIT PREVIOUS APP BUTTOM ON BOTTOM OF THE NOTE . DOES NOT HIDE THAT. SO MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS CLEAR THAT

it's available on the S7 edge but on the S7 edge you can only store files like pictures, notes, videos etc. And it's called private mode in the S7 edge and you can access it in the dropdown menu. When you go to the dropdown menu, you swipe left for more options then you will see it.But in the note7 and note8 you can also create secure app as well, e.g. another Facebook app, your bank app etc.

Nice videos,,you did video on the swipe down on any part of the screen to open status bar on the S8+ and swipe up for apps you said Samsung had added this option and I love using that option but I can't see it on my note 8 have you seen this option anywhere on the note 8,

When you add a photo from your gallery into your Secure gallery will this then remove the pictore from the normale gallery or will this copy the photo?

Is there a way to have everything that stores in the secure folder, store on the SD card?
Ok I had to transfer my files from my old note8 to a replacement note8, my question is how do you transfer the secure folder, I backed everything to the cloud but when I restored my secure folder is empty and it's not even an opt when trying to backup?
Seems the messages app can NOT be used in this folder. Had to add it from the App Store. Some may want to secure these as well as emails which there appears to be no issues.

One problem I'm having is getting my chrome bookmarks on the secure version to sync up with my account. Says I have to go to Android system settings and turn on sync. From what I can see it's already on. Any ideas?
