Hello friends! I have a little hiccup in today's video. A small minute-and-a-half-long section got deleted near the start. I am working to remove that black screen, but until then, please just fast-forward. It does miss us grabbing a few things but those things will be shown in the haul at the end! * in those 2 minutes I explain that Mark and I are going out of town for 3 days and my parents are watching the boys. Dang! I’m in love with your family! I’m 74…have 3 sons, 1 daughter…and 11 grandchildren…I live in northern Michigan…have relatives in Anchorage and a friend in Fairbanks…been to AK a few times and loved it. You are so blessed…if you have 2 more boys…great…girls…great….❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have been watching about a year now all the way from BUFFALO NY 🩵🫶🏼. I LOOK FORWARD EVERYDAY TO YOU'RE VIDEOS AND UPDATES!!!! In a 31 year old a mother of THREE.. MY son is 11 years old, my two daughters are 3&2 .. so I know what it feels like to start over bigger age gap but it's amazing they will all be so much help!!
One thing to plan ahead for, which does not tend to happen with singles is that you will get to a point where your bump is so big (twins) and you have to put your car seat back so far your feet wont reach the pedals to drive. So just plan for that and how that weekly shopping is going to get done! You may need a driver to take you! Bless you, hope all is going well.

So good to see Gary and hear Donnas lovely singing! Taking Bennett along must have been a big help, he could definitely have his own channel one day. When I was pregnant with my girls (single pregnancies) I couldn't eat tomatoes without them coming straight back up but with my twin boys I craved cherry tomatoes and must have eaten bucket loads. I hope your getting plenty of rest and getting the boys to do all the heavy lifting ❤❤

Nice to see Gary again 😍. Donna is a hoot…..I’ve never had a Costco employee sing to me before 😂. The boys might like cherry milkshakes to use up some of the maraschino cherries 😃 ( I remember having them as a kid 😋 )

Yep got the black screen but just slid ahead. Speaking of cravings, when I was pregnant with our dsughter I CRAVED ice. Just frozen water almost the whole pregnancy. So funny. Take care and get your rest. ❤❤❤

Craving ice is a symptom of low iron. Happened once a month all through high school for me! Pretty predictable.

I read that smell test is more accurate for peaches, nectarines...the stone fruits. Touching can bruise fresh fruit, giving the look of bad fruit.

I went to Costco today in Melbourne, and they had none 😢, it was sad because they are so good.
Today I was looking for halibut and salmon recipes. Thought I’d ask you what your favorite recipes are for halibut, and salmon. Please let me know if you have a cookbook or have posted some halibut and salmon recipes.

It's a wet and rainy Sunday in my neck of the woods. 70°F at the moment, so cooler. Lauren, you have a radiant glow. It's nice to see Bennett with you, helping out, but I do miss the Sample King 👑

Was it just me or did your video blackout for a moment? I got nothing but a black screen from 1:25 to 2:28. All was good afterwards. Weird 🤪 (oops, nevermind)
Oooo... donuts. Yummy. My favorites are Boston Cream (Chocolate Dipped), Bavarian Cream (Powdered), a raspberry jelly, strawberry jelly or lemon curd (powdered or glazed), and good Old-fashioned Sour Cream Cake Donuts: the traditional vanilla with a hint of nutmeg (🎖️), the chocolate, the apple spice or maple (all glazed). Oh, and a good apple fritter. One of our specialty donut shops makes a humongous Blueberry Cobbler donut that is to die for: it's topped with a streusel, a "healthy" drizzle of vanilla glaze and blueberry syrup... and lots of fresh blueberries 🫐
I love when the kids either try to sneak an item or use their sweet-talking skills to convince Mom into buy it 😁
One of my favorite parts to the cafe at Sukkot is the POG juice. Can't find it near me. I've made a good scratch mixture, but the one at the cafe is more delicious, hands down. It's so popular that they buy extra bulk batches every year 🍹
That cheddar-jalapeno popcorn sounds yummy. I'll have to look out for it 🍿

Fav Recipe (sweet):
Pandora's Box
2 large bags Chester's Puffs, Butter
1 - 24oz pkg Almond Bark, Vanilla
1 - XL or Jumbo Ziploc bag*
*Important: bag needs room for the puffs to be laid out flat after shaking.
1. Place puffs into bag.
2. Melt bark in microwave or on stovetop.
3. Pour melted bark over puffs.
4. Tightly seal bag, with the air.
5. Shake. Shake. Shake. - until combined.
6. Lay bag out onto a large opened surface, cut bag open and allow puffs and bark to cool and dry; in single layer.
7. Gobble. Gobble. Gobble.
Store in an airtight container or Ziploc.
Notes:
1. Can use chocolate bark or a mix thereof, or drizzle one over the other.
2. Add your favorite nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, etc., but you may need to adjust the amount of bark to cover everything.
