My Grandparents had almost this same Palm Harbor home they bought new in 94.The fireplace and surround was in a different spot. It was along the outside of the back wall. THe stone work and the cabinets were exactly like this one and original to the house. It had the exact same bump outs. My granddad put on a large front and rear deck with cover when new .He bought this particular brand because of how it was built with real plywood and real 2x4 and 2x6's. He even paid extra for the roof to be decked in plywood also. He paid 55k for it cash delivered and set up in 94. Grandmother passed in 2003 and He passed away in 2008.We sold it to his best friend and neighbor who still lives in it and it is still in great shape.

I love the style and layout of this home. It's been mistreated. I live in my mobile home for 10 years and it looked as good as day I moved out. Because i take pride in my home and things

I had a Fleetwood, purchased in 1986 and it was as grand as this one. It did have a huge Stone face fireplace. We sold it and its still setting there just as lovely as the day we first lived in it. I dont know what the new homeowners have done on the inside but I still ride by occasionally, look at the landscaping I did many years ago, the huge brick front porch and underpinning, huge deck on back, split rail fencing, it was a beautiful home and still is. It was a top of the line back then and very comparable to this one in the architecture 😂❤

It has to be a 1995, because the 94 & 96 Models had different shaped headlights & grille, plus the 95 was the only year that had no tail fins or radial tires.🤪

Ok, Donnie, let's go find that free tin. Lol. This was a really nice home when it was new, but all that mold!!! For my taste, some of these older mobile homes have some character. The new ones today just seem so plain/ cookie cutterish, just my 2 cents. But yes, keep us updated on this one!!! Great video guys!!!

Yes, I agree, back in the day this was a "top of the line model". But I hafta admit, I'm not a big fan of green. Or, carpet in the bath. Or, 'Graceland windows'. Or 'bumpouts' (which seem like a recipe for disaster to me, especially that weird reverse bumpout on the back.) And there is so much water damage to the ceilings, it makes me wonder if the metal roof wasn't a last ditch effort to repair it. There was so much water damage on the ceiling that I wondered if maybe a tree had fallen on this home and the metal roof was a stopgap. Anyway, if you guys take this one on, I salute you!

I love watching these videos, but it also kinda hurts… I grew up in a mobile home park (a nice one - well kept, in a wealthy town) between 1990 and 2002; my parents would occasionally drag my sister and I to the new home dealers on a Saturday to check out what was available; they had plans of replacing our 1972 Champion 2 bedroom with a new three-bed doublewide. I remember seeing these homes on display when they were new (this one by the way SCREAMS 1995/96 based on the overall design and features). We almost pulled the trigger on a new Titan in 1997 or so, but ended up in a new Liberty, delivered and set up (on a bigger lot) in October 1998. My parents upgraded the windows (double pane single hung), front entry door (house-type vs trailer door), sliding glass door off the back, skylites in kitchen and baths, porcelain sinks and upgraded tubs (better than those awful acrylic trailer tubs that turn yellow), and chose the carpeting and wallboard finish. That home still exists, but it’s on its third or fourth owner already - and beginning to look its age. From day one, it had issues - roofline wasn’t straight, lots of fit and finish issues, my bedroom outside corner was drafty, and the clearcoat started peeling on ALL the “brass” doorknobs within a few months. I still miss that home though… so, a few details I remember - in 1998, they were still using MDF flooring and roof decking (the entire industry has since switched to OSB). The exterior sheathing was a Homosote-like product; basically compressed cellulose with a water resistant finish. The dealer showed my parents a swatch of wallcovering that was improperly cropped, which hid much of the pattern, resulting in the master bedroom being fitted with KITCHEN wallpaper, an issue that was never resolved. The lot was improperly prepped, so the home always racked and groaned during freeze/thaw cycles and is likely out of plumb now.

Nice video guys you 2 are very informative. Yuck carpet in the bathroom!! I think this is a nice home to remodel then you sell it with the property and make a huge profit. I really hate skylights the first thing to destroy a roof then the inside. Keep an eye on this I’d like to see there remodel on this one

Why not do a Video on Financing and How the Financing Companies F' You?...
EXAMPLES ONLY! MONEY IS ROUNDED UP! PRICING ON LOW END!
Shed/Repo Trailer CASH Price is 12,000. They Will Take Cash BUT MOST PEOPLE Make Payments! Their MINIMUM Payment Plan is 650 a Month at 60 Months. By the Time you Pay It Off 39,000! OR You Can Lower the Payments to 575 at 73 Months. Or 41,400 by the time you pay it off...
Brand New Trailer CASH Price is 50,000. Will Take Cash Again. But Most will Make Payments! Their Minimum Payment Plan is 1200 a Month at 72 Months. Or 86, 400 By the time you pay it off.. OR Lower the Payments to 1050 a Month at 108 Months. Or 113,400 by the time you pay it off..
Then when I say on a Shed that Is 12,000, I CAN And WOULD AFFORD 500 a Month and have it Paid Off in 24 Months.. They Tell me to go "F' Myself and F' Off"... then Block me and Remove their listing..
Only Found ONE Company tell me that they would NOT Penalize Me for Paying it Off Early but would still only allow me to sign the 60 month Policy... So after 2 years, You think they would actually Honor that??? It's Paid Off. The 12,000, the Selling Price...
And you wonder why there are Soo Many Shed/Trailer House Repo Channels Popping Up..
