I bought a 2019 Clayton Home by Timberline Homes in Dothan Al. Sheetrock walls, crown molding, gallery kitchen, wall in tile shower, upgraded appliances, two porches , upgraded skirting. Issues: When it was moved off the lot , to be brought to my property, they took it to the wrong address 59 miles above where the property was. By the time it made it to the property it had the front door busted, Sheetrock busted, mud all on the carpets, siding was sagging so i had them replaced every last piece of it. None of the electrical worked in the kitchen. It was a NIGHTMARE! After raising mortal hell and had my brother in law which is a civil attorney send a very stern letter to the manufacturer, i got the problems solved immediately.. I sold the home shortly after and just bought a condo. Those things are Horrible!

Would like to see it once it's been fixed up. Don't think that greyish paint will cover the black in master. Floors need replacing everywhere. If you could get this home for 5K and make the repairs it might make a good rental for you land. Sad to see it in the condition it's in. I'd say buy it Donnie for 5K no more.

my wife and I moved into a double wide my mom had on the family farm. she passed away and left the place to me. it's a nice home .she had a lot of extras added like a full length back porch and a metal roof. my only worry is during tornado season.a moble home will not be very safe if a tornado is near. fortunately my mom also built a storm cellar.

from what I gather, the bumped out walls were done for structural support as the ends of the halves needed more lateral support. our 2002 fleetwood also had this. I took pictures when they were setting it up. and got a good shot of these "Double wall" sections. it looks funny, but better than having the ends of the half collapse inward as it was going down the road.

Mobile homes are made to cheap .
