@@radha7180 have to think on it yourself my opinion is to take some ideas from TH-cam and stop overthinking and just apply what u feel right to be done and just record your gut feeling about the process in some journal like u feel this thing is actually working 4 me and this is not and I should change the way what I'm doing and just like that u will learn yourself about what's best 4u :)

@@radha7180 Environment design. Curate your environment to fit those laws. It may be the way you make your books or study area so obvious, organised and inviting whenever you get in your room or whatever else but you get the idea? Just try to design your environment to accomplish as many of those laws as possible. You can put systems in place (like a reward you'd actually look forward to if you're trying to achieve the "Satisfying" law) to satisfy the other laws.

I'm reading this book now, and highly recommend reading it yourself. I've heard about this book for years and have listened to many book summaries from YT-ers, but I get a different takeaway from this book than their summaries, maybe because I am looking to improve myself in different ways and have different questions when I'm reading this book.
For example, the plateau of latent potential, or Ali's first point here. Yes, of course we understand that habits will lead to big results over time, but I didn't think about how many people lose the desire to keep going and despite seeing no tangible "success" from their hard work, each small task is incrementally contributing to the big result, with examples from the book. This made me rethink something that I used to think was just pure common sense, or at least made me stop to think about it and how I can relate or apply this.

I haven't finished the book 📚📖 yet but I'm literally in the process of cleaning, decluttering and resetting my space 🌌🚀 to allow good habits to flourish in my Life and I'm ASTONISHED by how FAST "make it obvious" works on good habits. Whenever you make the system for a good habit a no-brainer in your environment (that's the author's tip)and you have the willingness to achieve that, by real life experience I'll say you can remove up to 90% of the mental/emotional paralysis, like you shut up your inner/outer "naysayer" ( it's too difficult, I don't have time, type of naysaying 😂) For instance, you want to drink green 🍏🥤 juice every morning but your kitchen is a huge, hot mess and making juice is an absolute battle, than your willpower not gonna last. You declutter your kitchen, plus setting up a juice station that work well and fast for storing fruits/ veggies, juicing, storing juice in bottles, easy cleaning system and waste management, plus let's say a high quality juicer that saves you time. You've established a complete no brainer system, you'll see yourself drinking juice almost every day. Even though you've missed a day or 2 from time to time your brain knows it's easy now, you'll get back on track in no time. I'm also a chef, I know systems work in kitchens for real😂😂😂 Now, my goal is to repeat that in every area of my Life 💕🧬

Thanks for the short summary 🙌🏼
Currently reading Atomic Habits - it’s a great book & I can recommend it to read for yourself (there are charts and tables in the book which explain how to build good habits and break bad ones more in detail)
