We all know that Africa is at the center of South-South. We all know that South-South is at the center of BRICS. We know that the Belt and Road Initiative also depends on South-South. Xi has made it perfectly clear China needs Africa and broader South-South to harmonize. That means that ***AFRICA*** has to GROW it's economies out of debt which means THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE but for Africa to become a wealthy, middle class Continent.

Xi Jinping understands what the west is incapable of understanding. That is why he mentioned tackling corruption closing the door on western tactics to keep Africa in poverty through western importation of puppet corrupt leaders who help western countries steal from Africa. At FOCAC24 he raised things to Strategic Partnership. Chinese presidents have been building relationships with Africa going back to the 1960s and before. It's ABSOLUTELY STUPID to think that China will stop trying to HELP Africa become a middle class continent. It's in China's best interest to do so. Jobs in Africa helps sustain China's economy. Western thinking is not real intelligence. Wake up people!
