    Don't expect the SkyActive-X engine to come to the Asian market especially in the big cars. As of now Mazda is focusing the European market for this new engine for thier smaller models like the Mazda 3 and CX-30. Next will be in the American and Australian markets. So the Asian market will probably get it in 2-3 year. But the next exciting engine Mazda is developing now is the in-line 6 in petrol and deisel configuration that will probably be fitted to their bigger models in the next generation CX-8 might be one of them. Great video for this beautiful SUV.👌 👌

      @ReygansRides  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That makes sense, lesser moving parts, better durability.

  • @davidhamilton506
    @davidhamilton506 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    The continued use of the prop rod to hold up a vehicle's hood in 2021, is beyond stupid. Way back in the day, vehicles had a pair of short fat springs on the hood's hinges that automatically assisted raising the hood/bonnet. This same mechanism was also used for the trunk/ boot lid. One has to ask: *Why can't this lift action be reintroduced to today's vehicle's hood hinges?* . This method does away with the, *in your face and movement restriction* of a prop rod. I had a 1967 HR Holden from new, and eventually sold it in 2006. 41 years and those hood sprung hinges never failed to raise that hood in all that time. Of course gas struts look better, but the sprung hinges do the exact same job, leaving you unhindered space to work on the engine bay, and if the Auto Manufacturers are worried about the extra cost of a pair of gas struts over a steel rod on a production run, then a couple of sprung hood hinges, would I imagine, cost less. Well, that's my take on it anyhow. *Perhaps it'd be a no brainer to fit a pair of springs to the hinges, and use that bloody prop rod as a fire poker, as that's about all it's good for* . Actually I look forward to the next best feature to assist in raising the hood, and that is remotely, just like a rear Tailgate/Hatch. By God, we're a spoilt lot. Cheers everyone and safe motoring...

    Are you kidding me? The 2nd row seat was not adjusted to a normal position that's why you have plenty of 3rd row space. Plus, it's not a 12v charger, its a 12v socket. Does this car have radar based cruise control, what active safety features does it have? How's the cruise control in stop and go traffic? And for the price; no hydraulic pillar for the hood, no 3rd row air vents, the hump in the middle of 2nd row floor is huge, manual tumble for 3rd row entry even in top trim, and no auto open for the tail gate, what if your hands are full? Mazda focused on wrong things, this should be a convenient family hauler, not something that's pretending to be a luxury car or a sports car. Who the fuck cares about vectoring when you have kids and drive at an average speed of 60-80kph most of the time, and in your case in Manila 15-60kph. And in about 2 years, this car's interior is going to be dull and boring as fuck compared to the competition. Materials are great but design wise, its dull, even in the new mazda3.
