I've had one for a few months and really love it. When I went into buy mine my plan was to buy a Willard(a watch I'd wanted for a few years) but then I tried this on as well. This just looked very good in person. I'd still love a Willard at some point but this thing is not going anywhere. The only thing I don't like is the feel of the dive extension. Just feels cheap.
if you can buy this watch at a decent price, buy it. you notice that this is not a entry level seiko but well put together. i have it and cant stop looking at it. would i pay srp? no.
I really love the look of this seiko and i think it's the perfect diver watch to own at that price bracket but i am worried about this thickness, i've become more and more a small watch person and recently i put on my seiko snzf17 (similar dimensions) and it felt so huge.
Still the dimensions of this watch are stunning. Just wish it was a hi beat movement for that amount of money. Recently bought a hi beat alpinist for 730 euro. Amazing pieces with the super rare 4s15 movement.
@Riki P. It's kindoff sad because some 1500 euro Seiko's still use the 6r35. Only the presage chrono's/powerreserve watches have hi beat movements ATM.
Mine ran minus 3 seconds a day. Then after not being worn for a few weeks / allowed to run down it was running minus 30 seconds a day or worse. Took to local watch guy who regulated it. Ran at plus 4 seconds for a while. Then I made the mistake of not wearing it again for a couple of weeks. Now on re winding and wearing again runs plus 30 seconds a day. The movement for me is erratic and all over the place. I’m not buying anymore 6R seikos in future no matter how aesthetically pleasing they appear….
Am I wrong, or is the bezel misaligned on this watch? Many missed opportunities at Seiko these days. More money, sinking QC. Ball Watches blows this way.

Well done.Often best time to evaluate something is after the honeymoon period. Please continue!

Couldn't take my eye off the date window. The date out of center to the left. Othewise quite nice...
Don’t buy the watch online, but at a seiko dealer.
@@scott_addict. Even better l won't buy one at all.... probably will never own one....
@@derekshearer9049 👍 i’m glad with mine.
But if you want to buy a watch online people will regret. Is my point.
Not enough strap videos out there, good work!
What color was the last strap? Dark sand? I want that one!
Thank you for your review and letting us know how the watch is doing after 10 months. 👍 I think a single pass nato would work well with this watch! 😉

Strangely for me I am not bothered with accuracy on my auto watches, I just wear and enjoy.
@@resjon7981 Same.
The date seems to line up better in this video than your previous. Were you able to somehow fix it?
Can you please share the link or more details about the brown nato strap?
Hi. The link is in the description of this video.
What size was the Strapco at the end? They come in standard short and long. Thanks!
"Kind of" great watch and review 😊😂
does this take a 20mm strap?
Yes 👍
This is going to save me a lot of money. No need for Pelagos. Citizen Ecodrive Promaster Titanium diver is also very nice.
I like it!!
I got mine on a silicone waffle strap. Love this watch, a true beater.
What about its accuracy?
I get +3 to +4 seconds per day.
How’s the accuracy?

Look at the SNR029
Way over priced for what it is. For that kind of money you can get something really nice. Hell, you could get three or four really nice watches.
No you can't🤦♂️
Name them please
