Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for approaching the topic of narcissistic parents 🙏🏻🌸. I am recovered from eating disorders and the relationship with my mother has been a big chunk. At the moment I am in the grieving phase. Your video has just been aha! And very supportive. Sending a big sunny hug from France. I love your channel (just discovered it). Thank you for your beautiful work 🇫🇷😊

Hi! I love your videos, do you have a video or could I suggest kindly a topic for one in if true about the link between pms and binge eating? I’ve been struggling with that all my life especially as I have endometriosis, but also PTSD from narcisstic abuse. It’s just time f the month before my period my binge eating is uncontrollable and would love some advice or help! Thanks xx
I didn't watch I just found you randomly on youtube. What are the best resources for a male who suffers from emotional eating/ binge /compulsive eating. No matter how many diets, promises, will power I end up surrendering to my disorder(s). I also have autism so I'm overwhelmed many many times a day and that acts as a trigger.
Also, many of the concepts related to BED apply to BOTH men and women. It always amazes us that there are MORE similarities than differences. Let us know if the resource list is helpful.
As a fellow autistic who also overeats, food is a stim for me too. Chewing gum or a chewable necklace help a little, but also finding a different kind of sensory input I enjoy can mean I eat less
After work, when I am at home I feel how exhausted my body feels. I start to eat to feel better because I am very stressed and it is overwhelming. How can I stop it? It is automatic and difficult to do something else. I will be very happy when you can help me. Maybe you can do a video about how to deal with stress.
We actually have A LOT of videos about eating and emotions, including stress :) Check out Dr. Ashley's playlist, which is full of videos on this topic. th-cam.com/play/PL_VMrHcG-WRJfh01PpwxLSG0euzoXgi-e.html

Please tell me, does any of your videos cover the issue of waking up at night, binge eating and going back to sleep?
Yes. You're referring to Night Eating Syndrome, and we do cover this in some of our videos.

I also want to mention that I eat enough at work.
