    Great session today, everything was very relevant and resonated deeply with me! Thank you for taking on this deeply needed "assignment". My hope is that mindfulness and meditation are the new reality for everyone after this. These topics have never been formally taught and many people have no idea what it is or how to approach, but is so necessary to a healthy human experience. Also, I love the idea of the trapeze 💛 thank you for providing this guidance, assistance and support around mindfulness and meditation 🙏
