Grew up in Flint in the 60’s. That area was one of the nicest parts of the city. I remember the Marathon gas station just north of there showing outdoor free movies around that time.
I lived there 15-20 years ago or so and it was a pretty cute apartment at the time. It had a lot of the charm older buildings/homes used to be have and was kept up quite well considering the age. Really sad to see how it looks now. It was almost like watching a video of Chernobyl or a zombie apocalypse.
That used to house a lot of McLaren Hospital employees back in the day. Now look at it. That decay and damage isn't natural, it was caused by the local humanoids.
What a terrible thing people have done to that city. I grew up at Knapp Avenue Near Beecher in Court st. We are used to hang out at that park where beecher road ran into court street across the street from the sunshine store and the marathon . The good old days of booze and midnight basketball. Hell we would shovel off the court in winter and play at night.
Insane how flat has gone downhill. I lived on Knapp Avenue by Court Street and Beecher Road. As punk teenagers we hung out at the park across the street from the sunshine store or Beech or ran into Court, Street. Playing basketball and drinking. I went to Coolidge until sixth grade. I lived at Knapp Avenue until 1990

Jeepers! I used to know a woman who lived here back in the 90s. Have some photos of the interior from those days.
