Ingredients for Meals
Breakfast
Ham and Mushroom Omelette
100g Chestnut Mushrooms
50g Honey roast Ham
3 Eggs
15 Grams Red Leicester
Lunch
Tuna Sandwich Thin
75g Tuna in spring water
14g 70% less fat salad cream
2 Wholemeal sandwich thins
Dinner
Naked Chicken Burrito
400g Mini Chicken Breast Fillets
100g Vine Tomatos
14g Corriander
2 tsp cajun spice
1 medium red onion
2 bell peppers
half a tin of mildly spiced red kidney beans
1.5 packs of Mexican spiced rice
40g 0% greek yoghurt
40g Low fat cheddar cheese

You referenced the pans - frylight ruined mine - use sunflower spray now and they’re fine and food fries better
