How many strong players did play fiendsmith, ryzeal or maliss. How many played the old strategies? Questions over questions. In terms of scientific facts. Correlation doesnt equal causality (is that spelled correctly??). Anyway. The results are nothing without proper evaluation.

Kashtira still being relevent proves a point- that being that 7 or 8 cards tops doesn't kill the meta power of newer archetypes. Snake-Eyes & Tenpai are gonna rise again by that same token. Also, my Rescue Ace build REALLY appreciates this list. It's only one card, but three of them is amazing. At the end of the day, Die Hard dedication and the space for 30 hand traps & distruptions IN a Tier Zero shells remains still gives me the willies though.
Added 3x draconnection to replace sangen kaimen. And added 3x burner, dragon ruler of spark, 2x Genroku, and 1x paidra so now my deck has 3x Genroku and 3x paidra.

You know what's funny I play zombies. New zombie boss monster deck to grave him send as many on your field to the graveyard as you want bounce that same number to your opponents hand and special summon him and it's a effect you can't respond to. So with that I'd say if you wanna play zombies play zombie punk. Zombie world messes with most decks and slide in rivalry to floodgate every other deck. Fun but not competitive. I ran yubel and fiendsmith for there money before the banlist
@@TylorKlipfel thought I'd revisit the post and actually elaborate. So zombies can't be meta for a few reasons but the biggest 3 are as follows. Main combos lines are very weak to most hand traps, uniZombie specially dies to All hand traps and bystials also are pretty much insta loss. Then there are the bricks in a standard list you need many cards that Need to be in the GY but there really isn't any satisfying way to send a bunch of zombies outside things like card destruction or zombie vampire, so you either run into the issue of needing a fair amount of non searchable cards that can still be ashed. Or drawing around 2 bricks on most opening hands. Lastly the main zombie strats that could work have been banned or limited cuz they are just better on other archetypes like rivalry or the dragon that sends 5. There are some good things in zombie like, the going second shiranio card or the lingering anti special summon trap or super poly on zombie world for ez draconecro but it's just too slow for the current meta.
well i be taking a control/stun variant of labrynth using every floodgate (major 4 there can be only 1 is good vs maliss gozen and rivalry can hurt ryzeal depending and skill drain is well skill drain also got 2 copies of soul drain in their as well for a little extra maliss and fiendsmith hate then all the good lab staples and control cards we come to love.

I doubt you’re going to do this but can you make a hero deck using Elemental Hero Nebula Neos or at least give me a list of the cards for a deck. I still do want to have hand traps, and still summon to good hero fusion cards. No matter what I do, Nebula Neos is the hardest thing to summon.

On last sunday i was at a locals got 2nd with my tenpai boardbreaker build and had much fun, decided to save money and not buy a new deck. Then konami came and effing effed me in my effing eff hole...😢

Despite the banlist, I remade my tenpai dragon decklist to increase the chances of getting cards you need. It works quiet well
