A moon could have a stronger gravity if it were dense and had a small radius. It could be weaker in gravity overall, but it’s surface could have stronger gravity.
This is what my thought was. If it had a tungsten core and a thin silicate surface instead of the usual iron + thick crust it would be of greater density and the surface would be closer to the densest part.

In the case of the Sontarran system, it could be the moon was perfectly positioned to also be pulling toward the sun, whilst the sun was pulling back, causing an equilibrium of sorts (of course, the moon would likely have an elliptical orbit than, as it swung around the far side of the planet, further from the Sun).

I really enjoy these, and you've inspired me to do an 'amalgam universe', combining dozens of Scify universes together. I did this some time ago (2007?) with fantasy settings, mashing about 30 of them together (I do maps for RPGs), and it was quite a hit, so I can't wait to start stitching this stuff together. BTW, I've found that a lot of lore is fairly easy to blend, which is the same thing I found when I did the fantasy one - seems like tropes serve a very good purpose in this regard.

If Earth and Uranus were in a bound system, Earth would be the orbiting body because it is 1/15 of the mass of Uranus, but it has slightly stronger gravity at the surface (by 13%).
Do you plan on doing the Sangheili? They're not the most original race out there, but they are a fan favorite among the Halo community. I'd also suggest doing some of the Warhammer 40K races too. Actually, I suggest that more than the Sangheili. You've already done a couple Halo videos, but no 40K content.

I think you're confusing life span for life expectancy. Life span already means the maximum number of years an organism can live, so maximum life span is redundant. His use of "average life span" in the video is perfectly fine.

The Borg would kick their asses. Borg technology is made to adapt to pretty much anything (species 8472 notwithstanding). That's why the Borg are such a massive threat. You might kill a few on the first encounters because they haven't adapted to your technology yet, but once they did, there's very little you can do against them. I don't believe Sontarans could outthink the Borg, especially given their 'death before dishonor' attitude. They would never retreat from the Borg, but they wouldn't be able to beat them either, thus allowing the Borg to quickly and efficiently take them out, assimilate them and pretty soon, you got a swarm of Borg cubes all up in your business that knows every little thing about your technology plus a crapton more from every other race they assimilated.
