All the people here blaming him for Amy's death know NOTHING about addiction and mental illness. Amy and Blake were both addicted, Amy already had an addictive personality, like BPD. So saying Blake is the cause of her downfall is pretty far-fetched. At the end amy died of alcohol abuse and bulimia not ''drugs''.
@@malachia908 I know it because I am an addict of hard drugs too, longer than Amy was. Amy has been clean for two years before she died. So it was her bulimia and alcohol habit which caused her death.
@@malachia908 Well, it depends WHAT you use. These are facts that alcohol is one of the most harmful drugs ever, please educate yourself what alcohol does to your body.
Most of you people here don't know what it's like to be addicted to drugs... and you judge them? You should be ashamed of yourselves for judging him or her. Addiction is an illness and very often you are NOT clear-headed and do NOT know what you are doing. The drugs determine your life and not you, everything is just about the drug... this has nothing to do with being old enough or with personal responsibility! But many people just don't understand that because they’ve never been addicted. She was an icon, a legend... unfortunately she was taken from us too soon. I hope you're doing well wherever you are! I don't blame him for her death anyways i blame her dad.Blake made her a drug addict but she went to rehab a couple times and was fine but her dad always had camera on her and made her go to rehab and his reason was not that he loved her but what he said was if u don't go to rehab you can't make another album. Mitch definitely pushed her too much but all she wanted to do was make him happy probably because he wasn't around much in her childhood anyways lets hope she somwhere better now.
@CYOnTheBeat I'm saying she had more going other than her addictions and I don't think she ever went to rehab for alcohol wich she definitely should have and I do believe her dad is partly to blame as he only ever used her for profit and that could be part of the reason why she turned to alcohol
Yeah, it's pathetic. She knew what he was, she loved him, he loved her. He was a drug addict, he acted perfectly normal. That's how smack addicts act. He's human, she wasn't a child, she knew what she was doing. No one forced her.
You honestly don't know that though. I get you're still grieving and I am too but who are you to say he never love her?? You don't know that at all, you arent him nor Amy :/
No one has the right to spit on Blake. None of us was there. We weren't part of their relationship and i feel like Blake is just nervous as he's filmed and in this particular moment, i think he's trying to laugh a tear away He's sad and deeply sorry. That's what i think 😢
Amy had depression that was not treated properly, either the guys she was with or her father controlling her doesn't matter, the main thing is they should have helped her. Such a sad waste of talent. Rip.
Blake was a coward who needed Amy regardless..he always needed someone...it was a sense of not being alone that made him do what he did...there was love but it was fear 0f not being alone

Body language.. hes shaking his head no while his lips are saying he loved her very very much. A sign of lying. Minute shoulder shrugging, another sign of lying. Hes lying about it all. She deeply loved him tooooo much.. the hurt inside of her ultimately did her in. She was 100 % in w him, and like her song said “ to u i was a flame”. He clearly hooked onto her like a scavenger and used her for her money & fame. He introduced her to hard drugs so that she would become addicted so she would buy the junk for them both. This man is just another destructive narcissist. And she fell for his love bombing and never recovered. People might say “ well ultimately it was her choices, u cant blame him.” But a person who says that has never been deeply in love & ensnared in the narcissist’s web. Such an incredible talent she had, and a vulnerable heart. Its a catch 22. For an artist to create such moving and often gut wrenching music, they feel it so deeply. Not just for the time that they are preforming. People get to share in this raw emotion the artist puts out there.. then in an hour or two they get to leave and go back to normal life. But the artist LIVES in that world they shared w you. And its often too much to bare. Then someone introduces them to a way to temporarily numbs this pain. But in the end, it takes everything.
People just need to stop Romanticizing Amy & Blake’s Relationship with each others, they were toxic, Amy may had loved him, but just bc he saids he loves her doesn’t mean he actually does bc if he actually loved he wouldn’t go back to his ex girlfriend which devastated Amy bc she thought she was never gonna see him again. He only used her to get fame off of her bc Amy singed a heartbreaking song about him and that’s what made her Fame & that’s when he came to the pic again, Blake Even Charged Amy for 150 pound for a kiss like why will anybody do that to there own wife. He was a bad influence to Amy, he made her do things that she shouldn’t be doing & made her think like that was normal.

I don’t know for sure if he actually regrets the actions he did from 2007 through 2009 but he was definitely horrible and bad to Amy Winehouse. He (Blake Fielder-Civil) was partially responsible for the struggles she had went through

You didn't love her enough, she adored you. And it's ashamed you two met, she was just looking for a man to love her.
😢I missed amy he didn't love he used amy
He smirks and laughs when he says he loved her. Wow.
I think he’s just nervous and uncomfortable about showing his emotions on live TV. You never laughed nervously when someone says something intimate to you ?
@@sponish0stop sticking up for this narcissistic user.

His love of drugs was the reason she died. He was the problem not her
Because every time Amy took a bump off the pipe he held a gun to her head?
@@thomasbell7033 don't argue with those people, they won't get it and always blame another person, of course it didn't help her, but at the end of the day she was the one who could've decided it's enough and cut all the ropes
Não diga disparates., você não sabe nada. Black não teve culpa de nada. Black sempre amou Amy. Foi muito difícil para os dois, eram duas crianças,rodeadas de Urubus.
No. Amy died of alcohol abuse and bulimia.
Very immature comment
I cant imagine the guilt he must have especially reading some of these comments. He may have not loved her the way she loved him but im sure he didn't want her dead. Its sad that they used together but at the end of the day we are all responsible for our choices we make in life. I hope that he continues to be on the right path.
Can we stop the debate on if it was either the dads fault or Blake? How about they both played a part… in a way Mitch’s actions caused her to become dependent not only on him but Blake the first person she really felt inseparable with. If her dad never made her feel dependent on the wrong men she would’ve never fell for Blake as bad as she did. They both most likely used her mostly for the money. Maybe be there was love there but I honestly can’t believe it considering I’m pretty sure Blake was already on drugs when he met Amy. She had money and would do anything he did I think that’s what he fell in love with. I’m glad he’s doing better it just breaks my heart to know that one time she was getting clean he would sneak drugs in to her but ultimately left her to become clean or stay the same on her own
We can’t forget daddy issues tend to make us obsessed with the literal worst of men because they never showed us different. Due to hers she knew he wasn’t a good fit deep down yet she just couldn’t understand why she was so locked on him she was literally obsessed with Blake.
@@Mulan2xyeah she had undiagnosed BPD, they just thought it was bipolar. Her best friends said she would start dressing and looking and talking like him. She completely afopted his accent. If you go ans see her early interviews during rhe frank decades, she doesnt have his full blown cockney accent. You could understand what she was saying. Also would explain she has all his same style tattoos. Then the drugs and the fighting.
He never loved her, I honestly felt Amy. I could feel she was that sort of woman that always loved more than they ever loved her. I relate to her in a lot of ways💔as much as he had a part to play at the end of the day you can’t blame hik for her death. She was her own woman at the end of the day. What about her Dad, he should have protected her more. And he should have sent her to rehab when there was a noticeable problem with her drinking. They both let her down. 💔
Dude same. I always love harder than anyone that "loves/loved" me and it hurts.
Well at some point she knew she needed to stop because she had been sober for a long period before the night of her alcohol poisoning. And we don't know, maybe her Dad played a part in her stopping. It's just all such a tragedy. RIP girl❤
@@courtney3893Man, I just saw the movie today and I felt that hard when she first met him and just felt that BOOM instant connection that leads to you obsessing in your head over the guy all the time. This is the story of my whole life. I think that is what happened to her.
She loved him that was it
I’m a huge Amy fan and I used to hate this guy growing up, but now I see, that this was just trauma bond…, not a real love from both side. I used to chase guys like him, but now I see this was no love, it was supposed to be a lesson in love. Having healed my father wounds and getting sober and clean, I’m lucky enough to have found my real love and we got married. How I wish Amy did the same, but back then therapy, self-help industry, spirituality were not so accessible and mainstream, and Amy simply didn’t have a chance at healing…
I do believe they both loved each other very much but they were also genuinely too toxic for each other. I'm sure he cared and still cares for her.
Hate to judge, but man's go the dope voice and glassy eyes. Probably don't feel so lovey dovey when he's dopesick.

Evidently you don't know either, because years of drugs lead you to destroy yourself inside
So it cannot be said that she died of alcohol
@@malachia908 I know it because I am an addict of hard drugs too, longer than Amy was. Amy has been clean for two years before she died. So it was her bulimia and alcohol habit which caused her death.
@@MirrorminD1989
Not taking drugs for a long time does not mean that your organs etc are healthy again
@@malachia908 Well, it depends WHAT you use. These are facts that alcohol is one of the most harmful drugs ever, please educate yourself what alcohol does to your body.
@jasmind.1217 as a recovering alcoholic who just recently went thru rehab and a halfway house you are 100% correct
RIP our beloved Amy! 💔
Camden does this to people
I hate this guy. I can't understand why people are defending him bc he knew exactly what he was doing when he invited Amy on hard drugs!! That's so toxic!
It goes both ways though ? She was an adult she knew exactly what she was doing dating a drug addict 2 adults decided to 2 drugs together nobody forced her
I don't blame him for her death anyways i blame her dad.Blake made her a drug addict but she went to rehab a couple times and was fine but her dad always had camera on her and made her go to rehab and his reason was not that he loved her but what he said was if u don't go to rehab you can't make another album. Mitch definitely pushed her too much but all she wanted to do was make him happy probably because he wasn't around much in her childhood anyways lets hope she somwhere better now.
Yes blame everyone but the addict
@CYOnTheBeat I'm saying she had more going other than her addictions and I don't think she ever went to rehab for alcohol wich she definitely should have and I do believe her dad is partly to blame as he only ever used her for profit and that could be part of the reason why she turned to alcohol
Yeah, it's pathetic. She knew what he was, she loved him, he loved her. He was a drug addict, he acted perfectly normal. That's how smack addicts act. He's human, she wasn't a child, she knew what she was doing. No one forced her.
Exactly
He is lying to ppl on a LIVE TV he never loved her 😢

Blake was a coward who needed Amy regardless..he always needed someone...it was a sense of not being alone that made him do what he did...there was love but it was fear 0f not being alone

That's the passionate, toxic love that you know is wrong and know you'd be better off without but you just can't stay away. They both had addictions before they met. It's not his fault. He killed her
She died years after they broke up🤣
Body language.. hes shaking his head no while his lips are saying he loved her very very much.
Não vejo verdade no olhar dele!
He destroyed her

Narcissist. All his fault. Manipulation and gaslight.

The life of a beautiful woman being destroyed by the influence of people who do not love us, just for their own benefits , where the influence of drugs destroyed the life of a beautiful woman and left us with a scar , you will never have my respect and everyone else who stood by Emy's side.
You’re the reason she’s not here
Shut it
And still you need to parade around on tv for attention.
Addicts make mistakes he did wrong because he was an addict just like Amy. He’s not the only one to blame
That wasn’t love kid. You both didn’t feel safe and secure. Was just two people sexually attracted to eachother who didn’t know how to navigate emotionally in a relationship. Was evident both parties had their addictions and 2 people with addictions results in a forever lasting addiction or death. Rest in peace
I don't think it was his fault, base on the movie. He broke up with her twice. She was obsessed with him.
Drugs
At least he has those spiffy face tats to remember her by. Forever. I especially like the junkie's cross on the left cheek.
These comments are ridiculous, to blame Blake for Amy’s downfall completely undermines her own struggles, and disrespects her legacy too because she never wanted to be viewed as a helpless woman.

I’ll never get why she loved this dude. Ick.
Yall are so one sided in your opinion of him, there was love on both ends and toxic co dependence as well , but there was GENUINE LOVE. He struggled too do not deny him to heal and grow because he's still on this earth
I don’t know for sure if he actually regrets the actions he did from 2007 through 2009 but he was definitely horrible and bad to Amy Winehouse. He (Blake Fielder-Civil) was partially responsible for the struggles she had went through
He always said to here goooo away. She never lesten.
HE COULD'VE LOVED HER MORE THAN THE DRUGS..😢
She loved him so hard it hurt her while all he could do was introduce her to drugs and spend her money. His redemption tour is going to be a hard sell after people have seen documentaries about Amy’s life. Her father falls into the same category as Blake. Two horrible people who profited from her talent, and who abandoned her.
Poor boy,shame on you
He is the cause of Amy's death and now he's all sad about it 😢 crocodile tears. That's all
Yeah nothing to do with drinking herself ( a problem she had before she met him) to death years after they divorced.
He didn't love her. His non verbal communication showed more disgust than love and he is trying to convince them. He is always looking down. Move his eyes too much like he is lying.
Such a talented, beautiful woman, and look what she attached her wagon to. I've seen it time and time again and it always ends the same, hurt, pain, and loneliness if she's lucky. If you do drugs or if you're addicted to alcohol get help before it's too late.
No wonder she f up look at him!! Think he enjoyed getting messed up with Amy!! Such a lost !😢
He went to jail clear as it is he divorced her. She loved him more than he did but yet he cries about it.
If he loved her, he would’ve stopped the labels from making her perform the song she hated over & over again at the end.
That was about him, I may add.
He’s A Waste Of Space For Treating Amy Like He Did. The Prat Was Just No Good. And Amy Was Right About Him.
