之前去手作甜點店就選擇做泡芙,真的超麻煩,卡士達內餡,酥皮,泡芙體裡酥皮最簡單,泡芙體最麻煩。影片店家量直接加完真的是很專業很厲害,因為我用店家配方自制泡芙體時,負責指導店員還需要照泡芙糊的變化再添加材料,而泡芙糊就要做到如影片呈現那樣,糊體垂落呈三角型,否則泡芙是發不起來的...
小編在拍之前以為這是一部很小很小的影片拍完後....😱😱😱
每樣材料都正確量好,材料都可以一次加。
@@Ping-lp2eq 都是照店家給的配方量好的,但最終又添了不少蛋黃液。

有拍片就是不一樣我待好幾間了內餡都馬用手直接攪哪有可能拿攪拌棒在那邊攪那麼久沒拍片的時候肯定恢復用手了
