Try these fun brain exercises that make your brain more flexible and integrate the left and right hemispheres. Better movement coordination will increase your physical performance and muscle balance, adjust your posture and decrease the chances of muscle strain and injuries.
Make the peace ✌️sign with one hand and point your index and thumb towards the same hand👈 and then switch sides.
You can make this exercise more challenging by matching the movement to a metronome. You can also perform while standing up on both legs or standing on one leg at a time.
If you repeat this finger workout on a daily basis, the stimulation traveling from your fingers directly to your brain will help to rejuvenate your body and make your brain more efficient.
The coordination involved will strengthen neural connections involved with memory and coordination!

As a practitioner in an eye movement therapy I find this whole body of work fascinating. One exercise we have for anxiety (although not an eye movement) is using a juggling ball and throwing it from one hand to the other (in a specific way). This is in effect a brain balancing exercise. When people are anxious one side of the brain is in overload and the exercise helps to balance things out and thus reduce the anxiety. I'm wondering if this would have a similar effect

Thank you for your videos. I've been sharing them. I feel there is a relationship between the car accident i had when i was 8yo and "Retained Primitive Reflexes" as i do have some of the symptoms today. Would your excersises be fitting for RPR if i have them or is there something else i should be doing first. Thanks and blessings 2 u
