She even tried to go the extra mile by having the parents killed off in a similar way, but ultimately didn't. So, technically, Terry is the real Batman.
@@duphasdanhonestly Terry’s backstory is needlessly convoluted, they could have just made him a clone or the bastard son Bruce never knew he had from like one of the hundreds of women he dated to keep up his play boy performance. Terrys a badass character but the nature of his birth is needlessly over complicated.
@@duphasdanHe's a biological son, not a clone. A clone would have been artificially grown. He was more or less naturally conceived with only Warren's reproductive DNA replaced by that of Bruce
What I like about this scene that it's Terry getting revenge for Bruce. Earlier in the movie the Joker learns Batman's secret identity after torturing Robin. The Joker then mocks Batman saying at the end of the night you're just a pathetic & frightened little boy crying for mommy & daddy. Terry roasts the Joker's origin calling him a pathetic skin-bleached clown who couldn't make it in the rodeo.
The reason why Terry could do this and Bruce never did was because Bruce, in a very complicated way, *cared* about the Joker. He wanted to bring the Clown Prince to justice, yes, but he also knew that, like him, he's just a man broken by life and is living with the shattered pieces. They shared some kind of connection with each other that only they truly understood, which is why Bruce could never bring himself to kill the Joker no matter what he did. As for Terry, he couldn't have given less of a fuck about the Joker and his reasons for why he is the way he is. To him, he is just another criminal he needed to bring to justice by any means necessary, even if it meant killing him.

@@godcentricimagery1581 Terry is a clone of Batman. Amanda Waller decided to be herself and thought the world needed Batman, so she decided to clone him by injecting a random married women with a serum without her knowing that would make her have a baby that is Batman's clone. She even tried to go the extra mile by having the parents killed off in a similar way, but ultimately didn't. So, technically, Terry is the real Batman.
@@duphasdanit wasn’t random though. It was a couple with the same psychological profile as Bruce’s parents.
