Meet Mr Magnus Nilsson - head chef of Europe’s most remote restaurant
MR PORTER travelled 375 miles north of Stockholm to visit Fäviken Magasinet - currently 25th best restaurant in the world. We spent the day with Mr Nilsson (and his English setter Krut) as he foraged for ingredients, and cooked grouse over an open fire. This is hyper-local food at its finest.

I'm a vegan but catching your prey, showing respect to it and preparing it into a meal is something i can not hate.
