ah, the nostalgia, picking Karthikeyan for the championship as my older brother did, I remember him telling me the gaps while I was driving, such a blast, bless the childhood!
@@pemuda7075I know but my point was that for all claims that were made and comparisons of superior hardware, Nintendo never delivered this level of racing game.
Hey Dude, awesome video! I have watched all hotlaps, it definitely brought back some memories from my childhood. I do have a question though, what is the last track in the video? It's a street circuit but I can't remember it at all, is that detroit or something?
@@Undertaker555 Ahh thanks dude, I didn't even know you could unlock classic cars (or unlock anything basically), I just played the grand prix mode back in the day and chose alonso every single time lol. I have some catching up to do!
The game was made for a console that came out in 2000 whereas F1 Challenge was on PC. Obviously F1 Challenge is better, but this is a good relic of it's time. Also F1 06 had much better graphics than F1 05 on the PS2
I honestly hated the motion blur from both games: F1 05 and 06... Instead of it they could have added/included a FOV adjuster, that would be a lot useful than this useless crappy sh*t motion blur.
The motion blur really gives you a sense of speed
My favorite among all the F1 games released on PS2

Such a brilliant game, sadly the damages were really poor in this game
Plus no tyre changes pit stop as well...
9:18 I was there on the grandstands on September 9th.
Wow that was a gorgeous game. Sadly my GameCube never got this despite supposedly having more processing power. 😢
Made by Sony

It would have been nice to hear the sounds from the outside as well 🥺

Thanks for the kind words! Yes that is Detroit. If you get a gold medal on every regular track, you unlocked it for time trial.

What are the unlock methods for the classic cars
Puh, F1 Challenge 99-02 for PC is older and noticeable more realistic. Only the graphics are more angular.
