My 19RGU just got a zippers 468 cam when the version A oil pump was replaced. I'll be keeping this bike a long time. It has the pep it should have come from the factory with, the engine runs so smooth at highway speeds. The new bikes are cool but I'm not changing.
I like the new bikes as well, however, I have a lot of time and money invested in my bike and I will be keeping it. If I had unlimited money, then I would get one for sure.
It really is interesting seeing videos of demo rides and other stuff from dealership to dealership. My local dealership will let riders demo the bikes alone without a group or an escort unless the person requests an escort or is a brand-new rider. Great ride review of the '24 RG.
Live in Tampa and getting the Blue Burst in chrome, so superior to my 2017 flhxs in hard candy. Rides like a dream, much more power, feels so much lighter and more nimble.
Yeah I am sure that it would make a world of difference. I am on the short end of the spectrum for touring riders and I know that plays a role as well.
I bought a 2023 RG special late last year and only put 16 miles on it with a few grand in customization. I want the 2024 SG so bad 😞 but I don't have space to keep the RG and a new SG. My timing is always garbage 😊
I have a 2019 street glide special with 96k on it. The more i hear about the new street glides the more i think i need to check one out at my local dealer. But i want to pass the 100k mark on my bike. Just because. I wish Harley kept the cigarette plug on the new bikes though
@@gghostrriderlol. right. a few others have suggested i do something but i am not tech savy. i enjoy tent camping and at the end of the day i write down my days adventures in a journel.
Open that windshield vent it does make a difference in your buffeting from turbulence at least I've noticed that with my 24 Road Glide

One of best and honest honest review
Thanks!

Blue Burst is such a nice color
Gotta get a 10 or12" shield. I have a 12. Almost perfect
Orange is great with chrome OK with black. You gotta do the interfering though.
@@johnmccormick6942 the inner fairing not being painted is definitely an oversight but keeps the price down.
Put a windshield on that 24 it would make a difference in buffering. I like my 21 great wind protection and aerodynamics 😊

Yeah would have been nice to know but that’s not the vision of the moco
I’m waiting for the Special models to come out.
Is it me or is the vent open on the 24?
I played with some open and closed scenarios. It was better with it slightly open for my height

95k on a 2019?! I would say you should make a video about your rides but you’re probably too busy riding!

Get that last little bit then upgrade and start over!
What dealer were you at?
We were not at a dealership. It was at a convention center.
Needs a taller windshield. That's a low screen
Absolutely does and would likely help
How tall are you?
I am 5’6”
The old road glide like Cadillac i’m really I want to change my Goldwing 2020 to the old road glide but I afraid this will be horrible experience
The 2023 looks way better the 24 looks like it stole styling ques from the challenger
