It was never clear to me why the pilot couldn't land it anyway, and the bit of the game saying autopilot couldn't do it was strange - since of course it can. Also, the idea of being excited about the plane being in trouble was itself... troubling! :) On the puzzles, perhaps we were just lucky?
Thanks for another great video, you made this look alot easier than it actually is, well i certainly didnt breeze through it like you guys. After the last few videos this seems alot more straight forward.
Yes, we were glad to finally have one we didn't get too stuck on! I think that this type of linear game is best for us on video, since everything stays on screen. Once it wanders off camera, we tend to get stuck! :) You can see it time and time again in our videos.
I really enjoyed solving this one, was one of my favourites. Like you, I struggled with the mirror puzzle and had to look at the answer card. Hope you are opening the 2024 Exit advent calendar, I have it and can’t wait for Sunday 😁.
I'm glad it wasn't just us! :) And yes - I have just recorded my day 1 solve today, so I now have less than 24 hours to edit it and get it ready for December 1st! :)
Yes, I think that one's a bit unfair! The numbers aren't particularly clear, and there's no reason I can think of for it to be that tricky. Thanks for commenting!
@@drgareth Well, you swapped A and B, and you mistook C as 7 instead of 2, which are fairly close, so I don't think you were that far off. Just watching the video I can see how fiddly it was.
Agreed! I don't think plot plausibility is a strong point of Exit games, and I also think that the plots sometimes create problems with the puzzles since they make the solutions seem nonsensical (when looking at things outside the themed parts of the game world).
You guys enjoyed the flight? I had a tough time with this one! That plane would have crashed before I solved it, haha

@@drgareth I don't think you can land or take off on autopilot, which generally require verbal communication with the tower among other things.

So happy to see you this week 😊😊 ❤ enjoyable puzzle.
Thanks so much for watching, and commenting - we really appreciate it!
Fun! My family played this one and also had trouble with the puzzle using the mirror.

Turning a plane flying through a storm into a puzzle scenario? This one's a stretch.
