  • We want to be strategic, right? And our hiring managers want us to be strategic, too, right? So, let's do it! John Vlastelica shares low cost, practical, strategic things you can do to differentiate yourself as a top recruiter and deliver a ton of value to your business. He offers real examples that don't require you to buy a new tool, or follow some guru's looks-good-on-paper-but-won't-work-in-the-real-world advice.

    I will admit at first, it's like why are you taking so fast,.....and it's because you keep learning something new every single time you replay it, so Thank you John! 💪🏾

    As someone who is in Recruiting, more often than not, Recruiting is a middle man. Recruiting owns nothing. And this is the main problem. The only time I have had success in being strategic and taking the wheel and drive on any search is when the hiring leader and I have a relationship. Relationships involve trust. Trust takes time and going through a lot of sh!tty sh!t together.

    ning that is just sounds good.

    Nice topic, but John needs help in being professional, the profanity he uses does not make him cool. It is way of out line here. What the %$&#$ is wrong with people? I am not trying to be funny, but there are not that many classy people who can present well any more.

    • @opinionsofthemind1876
      @opinionsofthemind1876 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s ironically a strategy. The new informed way of getting attention is by being really frank and calling people out on their inability to execute. Although, he has a way that truly seems fitting for his style of speaking. Perhaps, we are seeing a speaker that knows you are the only one who can make the style of optimized strategy work at this high of level and he knows it works

    John, I find your presentations interesting & informative but the profanities are a bit too frequent. A professional presentation on a platform like LinkedIn can be less "shitty". LinkedIn is not a teen social media platform like instagram or tic Tok. Please drop the "shit" from your speech.
