    If you have been in TA for any length of time, this is the way it should be. Moving an organization to this level of strategic thinking is a bit like reversing the Titanic. Excellent information and guidance.

    Moving an organization into a culture of recruiting is strategic at the highest level. Getting leaders to Post, Tweet, Blog, and Source is huge but it will pay off in SPADES.
