- Movie stars, politicians with a little bit too much money, suspicious businessman who own yachts and their own private island, these people call Vinewood home. So today we will dive into the life of the typical Vinewood hills resident, and dive deeper into Vinewood’s past, a time when it wasn’t all glory and glamour, a simple get away from the city as we know it.

Rockstar dropped the ball with not having mansions or more single homes avaliable to buy. If I'm going to pay almost 2 million for a safehouse, I rather it not be an apartment. There's a crap ton of ones near Michael's house alone.
Agree; if any, I'd have wanted something at the same level as the Casino penthouse in one of the Vinewood mansions
I think the high prices($2M) for an apartment in GTA 5 are a deliberate representation of how expensive houses in LA are

@@relax4531 iirc there's one house that perfectly fits that description. Middle-range house with 6-car garage situated on the western end of the Vinewood Hills area just north of the Eclipse Tower, it's the only non-high range house in that entire region

It’s crazy to think about the fact that Rockstar basically made the LA and didn’t do a movie dlc showcasing the life of actors, celebrities, (would fit perfectly to GTA’s high life style) and with Rockford Hills, Vinewood Hills mansions in the 12 year lifespan of the game, hopefully the last dlc is going to be about it tho but I highly doubt it at this point

If it has anything to do with Michael (AKA the only tritagonist not to be featured in GTA Online), there's still a possibility it happens.
I have been thinking this for years. I always wanted a DLC like that, especially with how Los Santos and Vinewood are direct parallels with Los Angeles and Hollywood. I also wanted a fashion related DLC where the online protagonist could buy a fashion house or fashion label of some kind, but it’s actually a front for heists involving stealing priceless archival fashion pieces and jewellery.
I just love this soundtrack in the background, it just hits different at 4am. Does anyone have the name by any chance?

When I went to LA in March it was so crazy immediately recognizing places from GTA
I actually live here. I can't tell you enough how even for a fictional depiction with extremely limited space, Rockstar captured the likeness so well.
It's crazy how both gta 5 and midnight club los angeles both did a great job at having their own version of los angeles

My house in gta is one of the stilt houses in vinewood hills I love it it makes feel like a celebrity

can you do el burro heights, it has a small gang, marabunta, and very run down houses, seems to be overrun by industrial buildings

Y’all don’t know how much I hate driving through Vinewood Hills. The houses all look really nice, but those twisting narrow roads that go down large mountains are such a pain in the ass.

In a decent car the hills are my favorite place to drive, but most of us are driving post op vans through them instead 😅
It's honestly the worst part about Franklin moving houses.
The Strawberry house is actually in a perfect location centered. Pretty well centered inside Los Santos too.
Franklin's mansion is so far off I just swap to different characters if he spawns home, lol, or take taxis to get there or leave :P

I dare you to do a lore video on Dignity Village off the Great Ocean Hwy. I just noticed today after like 1700 hrs in online.
Vinewood I find odd since only a very small part of it has any sort of glamour doing the lifting, the rest of it seems as basic as anywhere else and is full of empty lots and warehouses. Actually most of the map seems to just be boring warehouses. I don’t know if this is intended but the vinewood in Sa does feel more starstudded.
Can we have Richman next… the area grabbed my interest from both GTA SA & GTA V
