Fun fact: photo opportunity was supposed to be using a helicopter. This is why CJ and ceaser is shouting at eachother so they can hear eachother with the helicopter blades
and they never bothered changing the dialogue

I only ever played with cheats when I was 9 and never made that far in the game until I played seriously and without cheating. What happens in that mission if it's corrupted by cheats?

For 19:45, Ryder's dialogue during the Pier 69 mission made more sense during the beta version as he was struggling to speak and injured when going to the balcony pier were T-Bone was during the final version
Yeah actually MC Eiht did actually finish all of his lines for Rockstar. Rockstar themselves just made the decision to cut his last couple lines for his death.

SA being my favorite GTA game and playing with cheats as a kid, this is awesome. I hope this becomes a series for 3D GTA games.
Still not sure which one I should do next. I was thinking on GTA 4, but we'll see.
Also another thing to note is with the "tank properties" cheat (the one that makes vehicles explode when you crash into them.) If you type the cheat in and then jump into a car it'll work fine however.. if you were to type the cheat in and then start a mission and the game spawns you in a car you must exit the vehicle and enter the vehicle again for the cheat to work properly otherwise your vehicle will ignite on impact with another due to the explosion. Same as if you do the cheat while in a car you must get out then get back in. You can also...
1 enter the cheat.
2 get in a vehicle of your choice.
3 once in your vehicle of choice deactivate the cheat.
4 you now have a invincible vehicle nothing will destroy it. And the explosion from hitting cars effect will be gone/disabled. Pretty fun to mess around with.

that one guy in a portable toilet did literally nothing wrong by the way
and cj casually buried him and the toilet under a lot of cement
he didn't even bother to actually expand the garage to this plot which he could easily take, he killed all those workers, destroyed the portables and buried the foreman for no reason at all

In my experience, if the game forced you into a vehicle during a cutscene such as races including the Stadium race for the Hotring Racer the "Explode cars upon touching them" cheat will also blow up your car, to fix this you just need to get in and out of the vehicle and the cheat should work correctly

I been waiting for a part 2 for weeks :(
The reason the "Train driver guy" aka male_01 appears a lot is that he is a default fail safe NPC programmed to replace any proper NPC that are supposed to appear but the game failed to load them properly. In this case the amount of cheats being applied probably took a lot of processing power that causes the game to fail more often. Remember GTA San Andreas was released for PS2 back then so they need a lot of these fail safe mechanism.

One thing I learned about the invincible cars cheat all those years ago is that if the game spawns you in a car, the car won't be invincible. However, if you exit and get back in, then the cheat works perfectly every time. Just be weary of cutscenes, as that sometimes removes the invincibility.
Also, if you disable the cheat while in the car, it becomes 100% invincible without the explosion effect (which I know isn't relevant to this challenge).

Toreno mission had a glitch where the marker would diasppear if you had no-police cheat. Interesting to see it's not an issue anymore.

I'm pretty sure the Never Wanted cheat breaks the Mike Toreno mission for JizzyB. So not using it actually helps
The Mystery Call is actually From Mike toreno when you need to drive to his ranch and do Monster and Toreno will Reveal Him that its Toreno and also you unlock The top of the island

the non wanted level cheat can actually break a mission in San Fierro where you'll just get softlocked and won't progress in the mission so not activating it actually makes this less impossible

because in my game, I saved with cheats and I couldn't progress in Las Venturas, because the rapper would fall from the building in an instant and the game wouldn't give me time to put the van there to catch him.

The reason why the mission at the beginning softlocked is because when peds riot/peds attack CJ cheats are deactivated (fairly certain this is automatically done when you save), the original code that the cheat replaces instead just gets wiped from the save which breaks scripted characters making them attack each other like you see in those cutscenes. This is why the some missions will soft lock and later you will see this with the Madd Dogg mission.
Also during Outrider, that male01 NPC is a placeholder NPC that spawns if the game can't spawn anyone else fast enough. And I'm fairly certain he attacked because of peds riot. So I don't see the confusion there. He definitely wasn't a pursuing NPC as far as I can see.
Sometimes if you softlock and the kill cj cheat wont take his heath away but still says cheat activated you can activate max wanted level and hope for 2 things.. get wasted or sometimes you can get hit by a cop car an on the odd chance it can unsoftlock cj.
Idk if you know it or not but a TenPenny is a type of nail. I know officer 10cents is funny but a nail joke would be funny to 😂
I remember when i was young doing the health cheat during a big smoke mission caused the bike to blow up

enable it inside a vehicle, then get ouf the vehicle after that enter again, it will make it literally invincible, if you dont like the explosive, just turn it off after you get inside back, your car will be immortal
