I’m a Pittsburgh guy born and raised. I’m a Penn State graduate. I still really like the Panthers tho…. This interview made me really like Coach Pat N much more than the villain that he has been made out to be….Historically, Pitt has had some tremendous teams and tremendous athletes…. It’s weird to say this but the Panthers will always be my number 2 team…. I root for them every time unless they play PSU…. I feel like I got to know Coach better from this interview and give Adam credit… Pat is not the ogre PSU fans make him out to be…. Love the Lions but Hail to Pitt

Hey Robert, I'm a Penn State fan and graduate. No, that's not weird at all. If I were from Pitt, I would probably be the same way. I really want to like Pitt, too, because they are a Pennsylvania team, but the "little brother routine" is extremely tiresome. It just turns me off. Maybe because we're both in the same state competing for recruits, that won't ever happen. I agree: Adam does a great job bringing out the best in his guests. Narduzzi is a good coach and I can see how someone would like him, but if he doesn't want to be portrayed as a villain, maybe don't make a snide comment last week about Penn State's offense. One of a few comments really. He and Franklin traded barbs I think a couple years ago. Or it could be that he is playing 3D chess: rile people up to get Penn State on the schedule, which benefits Pitt more than Penn State. Also, Penn State's offense is plenty complex and has 900 signals according to Drew Allar.

Agreed. I’m a diehard Steelers fan and Penn St grad and fan but I’ve always respected Pitt. Coach N is a perfect coach for them. Tough and knows ball.
