I got emotional, Kirby has brought this team to levels I thought I’d never see. Loosing to Alabama to break our winning streak isn’t something that it’s that sad, Alabama is one of the most talented and well coached teams in the country. Give them credit!

UA fan, Georgia played one heck of a game. Georgia is the team I pull for when Bama’s not playing. Kirby Smart is a class act. He’s real when he speaks to the team too.
This is what a leader looks like. If I were a parent of a prospect, this would be very important to me. He didn’t complain about the game being rigged, he put his own pain aside and helped his team deal with theirs. He acknowledged that they might not make the playoffs. Leaders focus on what they can continue and accept that which they cannot control.
Kirby is an amazing coach. When his time is done he will be one of the greatest. You cant win them all and he knows that. Its clear to see how much he built this program off everything he learned from Saban because it works. Saban is the GOAT. Great Season Bulldogs go finish strong and beat the piss out of FSU. As a UGA fan I'm disappointed in the effort I'm disappointed in the bowl placement. And I feel no interest in beating a team that has nothing to fight for that won every game they played and still got ignored. There's no pride in winning that. Beating a person who was already shot by someone else isn't a victory its an act of cowardice. I couldn't be less excited for the orange bowl
@@Bigstevo101 I also felt that way in 2008 when it was announced that Alabama would play an undefeated Utah in the Sugar Bowl after losing that close one to Florida in the SEC Championship. I can honestly say losing to them was completely unexpected and a terrible experience. FSU isn’t going to just lay down, they will be playing their best to prove that they deserved in. Hopefully UGA will rebound and play their best game as well.

I’m so proud of Kirby. I knew him when we were both in HS. We played against each other twice. I played QB and he played safety….1-1 against each other. Tift co vs Bainbridge. Was a great matchup back in the day. We were even in Panama City Beach Florida on a few occasions during spring break. Great competitor and great guy. But I’m originally from Alabama and I’ve always been a crimson tide fan. So I was very much happy with the results a few days ago.
Well I’m a Bama fan and I’m sure that Saban himself couldn’t say it any better. What a great message for those guys after that loss. You know, as a Georgia fan first and a college football fan in general, I’m not as upset as I was now that I’ve had time to process the loss. As long as UGA isn’t losing by getting blown out (I consider that losing by more than 10 to 14 points) I accept losing as an inevitable outcome of competition. No one person or organization wins 100% of the time. What i cannot accept is quitting or giving up. I’m proud to say that I believe neither one of those will ever be a problem while Kirby is our coach!

Great game, lost by 3 to arguably the best college football program in college football history. (Bryant/Saban) When both teams are basically even with players, coaches, and head coaches, you cannot make mistakes and expect to win. Great game, lost by 3 to arguably the best college football program in college football history. (Bryant/Saban) When both teams are basically even with players, coaches, and head coaches, you cannot make mistakes and expect to win. We made two more than they did and in my opinion that pretty much cost us the game. Congrats Bama and good luck the rest or the way. Go Dawgs!

It was a great contest, either team could have won. Both coaches are a class act and respect their players both on and off the field. They are a far cry from the likes of Deion Sanders. If he acted like them, spoke like them, maybe Colorado would have a chance to be something besides the team of "Coach Prime"...what a joke.

As a Bama fan, there's nobody in college football I'd rather see Saban pass the torch to than Kirby. Smart's got the goods. Right now, Bama is Kryptonite to the Dawgs. But, the Dawgs are Kryptonite to everyone else. Can't wait to see these guys play FSU in the Orange Bowl.... might be over at halftime.

Whenever Saban retires whether it is in 2 years or 10+ Georgia and Kirby will have their dynasty. Getting back-to-back NCs and the only thing that stopped a 3-peat was the greatest college football coach of all time and the only program that can truly rival Georgia right now and even then it was a game that really could have gone either way on one big play. Yall will have your time soon, it is inevitable.
