I asked Pat Narduzzi how Pitt football has changed since he became head coach.
“Talent level. You go back and watch videotape you self scout yourself and you watch what our players looked like in 2015 to what they look like in 2023 you’re kind of like wow we’ve increased our talent level.”
Talent wins championships.
Coach Narduzzi has done a phenomenal job of finding under the radar prospects and, most importantly, not “missing” on their evaluations.
