I recently made a Vet Clinic I shared to the gallery I think some may like (assuming they ever see this on a 2-year-old video). It has 3 exam rooms, 1 surgery room, an office, a nice reception area, a big public restroom, vending machines, and a lab and storage area in the back. I built in on the empty lot in Glimmerbrook and called it "All 2 Familiar". In my game it was made to cater to the magickal community and is run by a werewolf.

To the new people opening a vet clinic it took me days to figure out how to get the customers to begin coming and I didn’t find any video giving me the info I needed but you have to click open as in opening the clinic. That’s the most important thing I don’t know why they wouldn’t tell us that 🙄

Haha I was worried about that too! The doctor career is not easy. But thankfully the pet diseases diagnose themselves after you uncover the symptoms :)

If you greet pet owners or pets when they come in you'll get a prompt to take them on as your patient and then they'll automatically head over to a table where you can treat them :).

That sounds so frustrating sorry, it could be a bug? I would double check you have stations for them to work at, maybe reposition them, and exit and reload the game and see if that helps. Also make sure you have the podium for owners to check in their sick pets. Fingers crossed that helps.

If sims won't do what you ask them to do then it is probably because of simulation lag. Usually it helps to have less sims on the lot since having too many sims doing many things at once can overwhelm the game. You may have to fire some employees or have a limit on how many customers you let check in. Usually when I do this in my game the simulation lag reduces. Hope this helps!
