The 8 Tips and Tricks:
1. Buy and use robot vacuum cleaners to keep your clinic clean. Make sure you upgrade them fully and put them on a timer to auto clean every 3 hours.
2. Hire more staff and have them work on curing pets, as pets they treat will earn you passive perk points.
3. Invest in training staff early on to help them offer better services, because the passive skill gain for vets is very slow!
4. Avoid having too many customers needing to be treated, as they'll mark you down on wait time and the pets will make a mess in your clinic, leading to being marked down in environment. Adjust advertising costs or use the Vet Podium to disallow new customers to manage this.
5. Décor décor décor! Lots of environment boosting objects to impress your patrons.
6. Purchase the patient patrons perk and the reduced pet stress perk. These will both provide a solid passive boost to your store. Patient patrons is particularly cheap and means your customers will be more patient and more impressed by fast service. Reduced pet stress will not only make sick pets easier to treat but also make customers happier when their pet is calmer.
7. Never guess a treatment. It's very easy to diagnose pets by running a few tests, and if they're diagnosed but no treatment is showing the green thumbs up it means they need surgery.
8. After initial setup if you need a quick cash boost open your business from home for a day (and see the cash flow in).

Also upgrade the surgery stations so they run more smoother and faster to treat more patients. they can also scan pets for their illnesses too!
I wish we could hire more employees! there should be a mod or something so that we can have as many employee's as like a get together club! imagine how big you could make your vet clinic and how much you'd earn from that!

This is a great idea! It might be a little hard to do as I think to do a guide based on just the star rating justice I would need to find out exactly how much influence every action that affects star rating has which I think would involve going into the code (something I need to learn to do eventually! as I currently don't know how to) I have added it to my list though, it's a great idea :). This really helped me. Have 2 family who are both vets but one had to clean the vomit. I had know idea about the robo vacuum cleaner . If you do a family vet max out vet skills. The only thing is I'm now 4 star rating so I need to expand my clinic. But the lots are so small. Any advice on expanding the lot size ?
You can also color both parts of the vacuum and if you click escape on the keyboard your game will work faster

Create a family of 6 or 8 if you are a competitive gamer they can help you run the vet clinic restaurants etc along with hired employees 😊
I cant get past 3 1/2 stars and my hired sim vets keep getting stuck examining the patient and doesnt finish. Any tips on this?

You can buy a plot of land to build your own clinic but there is a clinic pre-built if u want to buy that one instead

Nope nope you don't need get to work for vet clinics, you just need cats and dogs expansion pack :)

my vet are in trouble, mostly pet owner keep stole the decor at my vet even a chair and country table, even my own sims that i creat who who doesnt have a klepto traits still stolen too 😭 i'm soo tired placed all the decor over and over 😭 did anybody have the same experience?
Check the NAP that are on for that neighborhood from Eco lifestyle, you probably have the ‘Sharing is caring’ NAP :)

my employees don't go to training ... I check everyday and they are still on basic training even when I click that training every day ... money lost and no gain

No I think that's retail only. But get the fridge and make treats. My Sims love the pet treats
But not sure if they buy it.

Click on the pet then there should be an option that says "Bill Owner" click that each time you finish with a patient

you should be able to buy them from miscellaneous electronics :)

You have to have cats and dogs expansion and it will be in the miscellaneous electronics in build/buy more. Try to filter by Cat and Dogs, if you have a lot of packs.
