I am currently on hemoglobin dialysis and have the catheter in chest. Pending a fistula in the near future. With the fistula I can take showers, baths swim in pools and go into a hot tub. My drs keep telling me I am a good candidate for at home dialysis. I haven’t found any information on PD you can shower take a bath swim in pools or get in hot tubs like with a fistula. With catheter in upper chest I can’t take showers baths pools or hot tubs. Good old fashioned sponge baths…
