Visited it age nineteen with two mate's in 1972,when Jimmy Page had it, one of the band roadies was staying there then. There was no one in when we visited,rock posters on one wall in a room whose window we looked in. We did not linger long.Pity about the fires,it was beautifull back then glad its being restored. Nice people too,if that guy is anything to go by. We had a mishap with my old 86" Landrover the night before,putting it in a ditch at Nearby Loch Tarff. The locals in The Fort Augustus Hotel warned us about how unlucky the area was. A nearby aluminium smelter had been closed,because it started making a profit. The parent company in The State's had to pay tax on the new found profits and it effected their other worldwide profit apparently. We got out the ditch,however the local cop was not to pleased when one of my drunken mates boaked in the back of his immaculate White Riley. I offered the cop and the breakdown driver a drink from an unopened half bottle of Glenmorange. They damn near finished it between them. The cop then told me my tax had better be 'in the post'the breakdown driver told me not to worry about the Landrover(he had seen them buried in a bog and drive out). With that the two of them b - - - - - - off,leaving me with a drunken pal and nearly no whisky. Two minutes later the cop came back and shouted from the window of his car, - 'The reason the sun never shines on Boleskine House,is cos there's a mountain in the way laddie.Nothing to do with curses.' With that he roared off.

Why else would anyone in their right mind sink a dime into renovating a house that was owned by the self described "most evil person in history" ? Dont forget that led zeppelin were purported to have done occult rituals here when jimmie page owned it......page admitted the place was so creepy and scary that he never spent a single night there and no one would work there either ......really weird that theyre doing this
Awesome, interesting tour. I've been fascinated with this house since Jimmy Page bought it and I heard the whole story. So saddened to hear it burned twice. I was expecting for it to be razed but am so glad it's being lovingly restored. I would love to visit it when completed. What mystique!

In Crowley's case he didn't just bump or jostle it; he threw it on the floor and kicked it. That causes massive repercussions to say the least, when a ritual magician bungles ad delicate a ritual as Crowley was attempting;I wouldn't be surprised if something(or a number of somethings)managed to come through.
