    Thank you Sanela. I am 51 years old and a bit over weight. I need to get fit. I have not been able to do alot of the work outs on TH-cam. I tried yours and I feel great. I still struggle in parts. But I am getting stronger every day. I love how you connect all the breathing. It really makes things work. I keep my eyes close and so enjoy it. I am going to keep going through your series! Thank you so much. And I love your smile and tenderness for this beginner work out! 💖💖💖

    I am so glad I found you! I love your energy, your gentleness, your focus on breathing, spirit, mind and body. I am 54 and overweight. I have always wanted to do yoga. My husband keeps telling me to do Zumba, but that is just not my style. I have mild scoliosis and that jumping around just aggravates the pain in my curve. I plan on following your yoga practice videos. Thank you so much!

    finally! After much searching for a yoga vid I can really go through completely. I love your serene voice and how you take your time. feels like in another yoga vids I've attempted, they are so rushed and their voice non relaxing. love this!

Ive just been yogain fo 3 weeks, cant get it down but I am working on it you are an inspiration is a joy to watch you and keep up the good work because your body looks awful and I hope one day that my mind will be is free is your same to me that's why I started with the other because I need to start with me and my month my body can come later thanks so much✌🏼👏🏻🤸🏼‍♀️

    now that I have been doing this video for a few days I have noticed she is really uneven with how long she holds a pose on either side. So I have been doing my own breath counts to make sure each side is even.

    This was my first time trying yoga and I couldn’t even finish the class... I found the instructor to be super annoying and I hated her “relaxing” voice. Plus, I don’t want to know why you like each pose and you don’t have to talk about breathing every 5 seconds... I thought yoga would be fun, guess I need something more upbeat

      Igna C. Breathing properly is a huge part of yoga. It helps to open your body to ease further into poses. There are other types of yoga flows that are more energetic. You should give one of those a try.
