1300 Sqft in Fl, foreclosure for 400K with high taxes, that seems very expensive
It’s almost $300 per square ft.😂😂😂
The taxes are high for the first home for the price. The town house doesn’t have a 1/2 bath on the main level, so if you are downstairs or in the LR you have to run upstairs. The last house was a better value than the other two homes! Looks like a delicious lunch! Thanks!

Where is the location of the 3rd house in Winter Haven? Is it in the City limits? The pool area looks unfinished and sloppy with zero landscaping. I think the fence belongs to the other house out back. Insurance companies are no longer covering lanai cages (aluminum or screens) in Florida so many people are fencing their pools
The taxes are high plus the cost of the house are high too

Wow that townhouse in celebration is ridiculous. No wonder the owner walked away. Those taxes are like what you’d find in the northeast and HOA is like an average electric bill. I’m leaving florida soon after one year. My taxes have doubled even though I have homestead exemption and my homeowners insurance has gone up 30 percent with zero claims. I live in north port. No longer a bargain to live in florida. Thanks DeSantis
I like the last house the most. Wow I used to live off douglas ave in Altamonte for many years but that used to be Hooters if Im not mistaken. It looks amazing I want to visit! I just despise the traffic in the area lol.

In that townhouse the only thing that bottom floor room is good for is stuff that one would normally keep in the garage if it were big enough. Otherwise that place was grossly overprices and needs a 1/2 bath on the second floor.

House 3 is OK, but I would be concerned with the neighborhood deteriorating around me since it is older. The townhome….uh, NO! HOA is much too high and the asking price is crazy high. What’s so special about Celebration, FL? Does Minnie tuck you in at night? 🤘🏻

Kaleb. Omg. Don’t know how I missed this 😂. 1st home like the elevation. Like the entry and light fixture. Don’t like front kitchens but the wall kinda shields it. Like the dining. Big living room. 1st bedroom big closet and en-suite? Oh missed that’s the primary. So closet a little small if it’s the primary. Guess could extend more racks. Guest bedrooms ok. Good size pool. Wonder how it is with a lot of rain? The land slopes down towards the pool. Lovely bank owned home. 2nd townhome basic elevation. I would think even though empty the landscaping would’ve been maintained. $529K? 🤔. Oh. A 3- level. I was like where’s the kitchen 😂? Nice kitchen. Huge living room. 3rd floor bedrooms nice. Those stairs a killer. This unit for the young or fit 😂. 3rd home basic country but clean nice elevation. Again. Don’t like seeing kitchens on entry however it is a nice kitchen and open concept. Agreed. Unique nice light fixtures. Big primary. Small en-suite but big shower and closet. Big laundry 🧺. Agreed. Needed a frosted window in the primary shower. Big beautiful backyard. Agreed. Get a higher privacy fence. The 3rd home is the 1. New. 1-story. Pool. Big laundry. I’d deal with the kitchen view 😂. Hey Mabel. Love Mexican. Looks nice. Was that internal tree real? I need indoor with A/C 😂. Oh. The margarita served in the Patron bottle. Cool 😎. Looks delish. Hollering @Mabrels description of superpowers. 😂😂😂. You had to admit Kaleb. Mabel’s choices are better. Will keep this spot in mind next time in that area. Thanks for sharing 🤗

First home is almost $300 per square foot. It’s about $150 per square ft to build.
