I never understood why the fact that an obviously really shaken husband not seing the stab wounds could become a proof of guilt. Plus he had many alibi witnesses… shameful

@Annece, the prosecutor accused his alibi witnesses of helping him cover up the crime, even though she had no proof of a conspiracy.

@sue ack Stevie Wonder could have seen that she DID murder her mother. I looked at the crime scene pictures and coupled with the drugs in her mother's blood..... She drugged her mum, kicked the railings until they broke then kept carers from checking on her mum to ensure there would be no chance of resuscitation. She's a nutso murderer.

Really makes you think about just how many other injustices are committed by sloppy police/detective work and blatant malpractice on the part of a DA that go unresolved. Innocent individuals sitting in prison or worse (death row)and the chances of them ever getting their cases overturned or even just have an opportunity to argue their case again in front of a judge is miniscule at best. Very sad and scary.

All involved in the illegal conviction of Russ Faria should be charged federally with corruption. The judge, prosecutors and police took the law into their own hands, thus denying a fair trial to Russ. His stepdaughters were also affected as they were denied the insurance money that was robbed from them by the courts. It also ruined their relationships with Russ when they all needed one another the most. Due to the ineptness of this mess they referred to as the (in)justice system, one and possibly two more people lost their lives by the last person they were known to be seen with. All involved should lose their pensions and abilities to to continue in their career fields. Put them in the federal prisons for life, which means no parole. Their corruption led to the proven death of another victim.

I generally scoff at conspiracy theories, but the Pam Huff case is just disgusting and shows that they do happen. The fact that the Prosecutor was ACTIVELY involved in coaching Pam on exactly what to say, what to do with the money to make her look good, manufacturered evidence, AND ignored all the alibi witnesses is just disgusting. There really should be consequences to Prosecutors who KNOWINGLY lie and withhold evidence to wrongfully convict people.

She’s been convicted of murdering Mr Gumpenberger (she did that to reframe the husband of Betsy). Now they must have found enough evidence to finally charge her with Betsy’s murder. Hupp was the last person to see Betsy alive, beneficiary of her Betsy’s insurance and the main witness used to convict Russell. I’m hoping charges for murdering her own mother (who also died very suspiciously) next. Finally some justice is coming down on this serial killer!

Did Betsy actually sign over that life insurance policy? I heard that Pam had some lady at a library sign a paper - acting as a witness to Betsy signing the new paperwork - and the lady didn't really pay attention to what she was signing. Why would the police look into the sudden change of beneficiary when they aren't even looking at Pam at all. Even later on, there's nothing that has said that Betsy does in fact change the paperwork. Like mentioned, why the hell would Betsy do that? Why not to the girls themselves or someone in her immediate family if she and Russ where having problems?
I do believe Pam killed her own mother, of course the poor guy she picked up and framed, and absolutely Betsy!

  • @JudeNance

Pam's behavior speaks volumes. My daughter died the same time as Betsy. My daughter was terminally ill also. Pam and my ex son in law could be buddies. Murderers have their own rationale.

It's called CONFIRMATION BIAS. These officers had this in the case agains Russ. They could not see past his "guilt" and therefore they missed all the red flags and signs of Pam's guilt.

This woman is pure evil. I’m the caregiver for my mentally handicapped Aunt. She’s so sweet and innocent… so Pam tricking this man and then killing him , really breaks my heart. How she fooled the police with all this is unbelievable! I’m so thankful Russ is out and is able to have a chance at a good life. I truly believe Pam killed her mother and Betsy. Great work Ladies!!!!

All Pam had to do was tell Betsy she could avoid inheritance tax (real or imaginary) by making her the beneficiary for the daughters. Quite simple this has seen and carried out as a manipulation tactic, a good one. As well if Betsy was on painkillers of chemotherapy and thought she was signing something else that too is possible.

Alison, thank you so much for openly saying that PH is a strange woman. You sound like an authentic human! These days one must assign a dozen diagnoses to somebody, and describe everything about them as neutral as possible. FFS. You're a breath of fresh air.

I live in St Louis, one second into this case my husband and I said, ooo that lady is shady! She, indeed, was. Her daughter is on tik tok. It's such a sad story. The Cops turned her against Russ and now she tells her story. She's one of the best creators on tik tok. Thankful they found her guilty and Russ is free.

I agree with ana on the phone topic🤦 like if my family member is dead and I know who it is, I wanna know if that person has any more evidence on their phone like a bragging text about whether they did it or not

Just because a document bare’s a person’s true signature, do not for one minute believe that cannot be forged. It is as easy as using a glass coffee table and shining a flashlight up through a paper that bears the signature. There ya go! Exact and perfect tracing. I know because I watched someone demonstrate it once and I was surprised how effortless it was.
