Great choice of oils that’s pretty much what we use in our tractors. Don’t forget with oil that heavy give her a little bit of extra time in the winter to warm up
Did the higher weighted oil that you most likely put in raise the oil pressure any? I just bought a used rebuilt 640 and the guy put 30w 10 in it and it only reads 20psi and I read this it is ok at that but the heavier oil will also raise the pressure up a notch as well.
Hey, North Carolina here, inherited my grandpas Ford 600. The oil that you showed is that a synthetic blend or regular oil? I have heard the Rotella is good to use.
@@robbiehunt5522 I read through a few forums and the oil I show is what most recommend. The weight can be reduced for winter months especially if you are in a colder state.
The yellow handled one? It fits perfectly in that snug little spot. The fuel shutoff valve drips so I always need a screwdriver to turn it off and on soooo I found a spot to keep one 😅 James and I have been having fun with the new farm "toy"

It does seem higher. I'll try and remember to come back and give the number next time I run it

If you go synthetic just be sure to always use synthetic from then on. Either is fine but need to stick with it once you start
