    CLARIFICATION: HUL _is_ an Indian company. It is not a British company. The Supreme Court of India holds that a company's nationality is determined primarily by its place of _incorporation_ and is not affected by the company's _central management and control_ being located outside India.
    CORRECTION: At 10:14, it is incorrectly mentioned that HDFC Bank's profit for FY19 is Rs 5,000 crore ($740 million) but it is actually Rs 21,000 crore ($2.8 billion).
    CLARIFICATION: A lot of people have asked us, why Tata Group isn't at the top of the list. We would like to clarify that this list was focused on *individual companies* and not about groups. Since Tata Group is not listed on the stock markets, we didn't take into account the total market capitalisation of the entire group which includes multiple companies.

      Socialism is not the issue corruption is. A socialist idea well played are countries like norway, sweden, etc.
      Capitalism coupled with socialism followed without corruption and intergrity is the futuristic ideal scenrio. Either or any one of these concept is a disaster.

      Accept it our people including educated citizens can't control overpopulation & don't take many issues seriously they purposely want to keep india poor and make overpopulation to stress the system for what ever selfish reason including religion , the proof of success of Socialism in other countries like Sweden is example of educated citizens who give priority to individual development & progressive mentality so that their country also grows. Government needs to be a good parent who communicates right knowledge.

Same with Tata. But wherever we use soft t, you got it bang on. Love this video. I saw this in my recommended for the first time today, will watch more of your channel. you guys should start a website where you can:
    1. publish monthly startup magazines
    2. top 10 startups of the month
    3. startup funding deals of the month
    4. New sectors for the startups.
    5. Startups as per different domains e.g. healthcare, e-com, Telecomm, IT, Internet, Software, Agriculture and AgriTech, Pharma, consumer goods, Hospitality, Fintech, EdTech, Online Pharmacy, Online Gaming and Game Development, Food Delivery, Oil and Energy, Future Tech, Renewable Energy, Beverages, etc

If you look at Prithvi's livestreams and now Discord, we are constantly trying to make conversations. It's a way of learning and getting feedback for us 🙂
      However, we know that replying to each and every comment might become unsustainable in the long run but we want to continue doing it as long as we can. Which is why we are trying to build a community on Discord as well.

      But I think Indian companies still have a lot of potential and we are far from companies like Apple, Microsoft and Amazon that have market capitalisation of over $1 trillion. Hopefully, one of Indian giants can get to those numbers soon.

    • @backstagewithmillionaires
      @backstagewithmillionaires  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha 🙂 glad you're enjoying the videos Nishant. To answer your question, yes, we do have something in the works. We won't be posting future interviews on TH-cam (unless they're made as part of a case stud video), but we will be doing some Instagram Live interviews to see whether we can grow our audience on Instagram and also grow our audience on TH-cam as well. We think that this is a good idea because it will keep things casual and simple (no editing required, meaning no extra time spent), and it will also ensure that our TH-cam channel doesn't suffer due to low- retention videos (interviews tend to not perform as well as videos like this one, which results in TH-cam recommending our videos less, which results in slower growth). What do you think? Would you watch live interviews on Instagram Live? Or perhaps videos of our interviews on IGTV? -Caleb

    • @snghnishant
      @snghnishant 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@backstagewithmillionaires I think live Interviews are something I won't consider, live Interviews will be having an "unknown" video length which will kill motivation of many people to watch them considering daily data limits (most of the Indian audience suffer from this) and since you'll be doing it on Instagram the video quality may automatically change depending upon the user's network quality and Instagram don't have some video quality setting feature like YT possibly resulting in loosing audience (since no one like lags or lowered video quality streams). Interview videos on IGTV will be much better and If it is really for growing social media pages then I would suggest you to setup multi-platform stream like the one Garyv does on his pages so that you can target every other social media platform and increase the number of audience on multiple platforms.
      TL;DR IGTV Interview videos.

      Hi Namandeep, firstly, thank you! I don't actually do the research most of the time, that is handled by another member of the BwM team, Varun (he responds to comments from time to time when we need an expert on the startup ecosystem), but I'll pass this on to him because I know he put a lot of effort into writing the script for this video.
      Also, wow! You timed this comment perfectly! We actually just revisited the idea of doing live interviews. We had spent more than a year filming interviews with entrepreneurs and posting them on this channel (if you go back and look at our videos from before COVID-19 that is what we focused on exclusively), but the pandemic made it unsafe for us film them on-location and we didn't want to lower our production quality with video chat interviews. However, because the pandemic continues to drag on and India is now more unsafe than ever before, we are thinking of doing something new: Instagram Live. We have been wanting to increase our viewership on Instagram for some time now, and we also don't want to adulterate our TH-cam channel with long-form, unedited live interviews (we will take a hit from the TH-cam algorithm if we post those videos here). What do you think? Would you be willing to tune in on Instagram for live interviews if we were to set some up? -Caleb

      @namandeepsingh3452 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@backstagewithmillionaires That's really wonderful. Actually, I recently got connected with Varun in the Linkedin. Would definitely like to get some heads up from him. Regarding the previous entrepreneur's Interviews, yeah I did watch some of them. They were amazing! That's why I wanted some stuff around it again. Yeah, no denying the fact that we would have to compromise with the production quality in live Interviews but Instagram Live would help out here. For Instagram Live, what I think there must be some good organic followers reach so that people can enjoy the content there too. It will be a good step for me as I am active at Instagram and follow such content but others might not think that way. Even At live sessions of YourStory, which have whooping 150K+ followers, I can see a few people only, hardly 50-70. So I guess that would take time to reach out to the people who like gaining insightful content like yours. So Instead I would suggest sharing your content in IGTV videos which you can upload after the editing as well. What do you think? It's just my opinion :) Also, If there is anything I can contribute to your and your's team effort, please let me know. It would be an honour for me :)

    • @backstagewithmillionaires
      @backstagewithmillionaires  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Namdeep, yes, I think it will be difficult at first to convince some people from our TH-cam channel to come and watch live interviews on Instagram, especially because most of them have subscribed to our TH-cam channel because of our more recent content, not the interviews which we did in the past. The interviews are much more niche than our current content. However, I do still think that it would be worthwhile to do interviews on Instagram (and yes, we would also be posting them to IGTV afterwards), for those of you who care to listen to the stories of entrepreneurs. And who knows, maybe we can access a new segment of viewers who are using IG a lot but maybe not using TH-cam so much. I know that after TikTok got banned, a lot of people switched over to Instagram, so we might have some luck there. Keep an eye on our TH-cam channel, as this is where we will be announcing the date and time of our first live Instagram interview. -Caleb
