Just in time. The arthritis in my knees finally caught up with me and I have quite a bit of pain especially when I get up from a seated position. These tips are going to be a big help. Thank you.

How old are you, and are you sure it’s arthritis? Hopefully you are willing to look at knees over toes guy as well as following exercises for strengthening and knee tracking. The pain you feel now may not be permanent. Best of luck!

@@PlutoTheGod Thank you for replying. Yes, I am sure it is arthritis and I am 80. I have arthritis in my hips (replaced), forefeet, hands, back, and now knees.I have just started on exercises to strengthen the quadriceps a few days ago. I hope they help because my knees just ruined a very expensive trip. Also, my quads are very tight so I plan on stretching them more.
I don't know anything about the knees over toes guy but will check it out.

@@tribbles2955 Wow! I wish my father was able to use the internet as proficiently as yourself. I’m only in my 20s myself with knee pain that pops up every couple years to where even getting out of a chair is torturous along with some serious pain in my back from a injury years ago. Hard to have hope when things flair up but through the right strengthening let’s hope we both get back to normal soon! Best of luck to you

After watching this vlog I want to give you two a genuine huzzah shout out. My knee pain was so bad getting up from a chair that last night when a neighbor's pup came to the door for a treat I had to ask my husband to do it. I was maybe five feet away but he was fifty feet away. Anyway, the kicks are more than helpful. I do maybe five on each leg before I get up and voila I'm standing pain free. Well done, guys

Thanks guys! I love these exercises to elevate knee pain. Another one, if I may, add to your list is the simple bent over rag-doll position. I get up and bend forward to touch the floor, hold for ten to twenty seconds and this gives me a nice hamstring pull which takes away my knee pain.
I hope this helps someone out there!

I was limping. Could barely walk. Did sled pulls twice (pulled it 30 yards 8 times, a week apart). Am able to walk normally without pain. Still not totally pain free. Going up stairs and running is difficult. But it's a miracle. My knees did get sore after the pulls and hurt the next day. But then after that it was like having new knees.

I'm a little confused...I thought we didn't want to fully straighten the knees and avoid locking them out. Many of these exercises were fully straightening the knee. I'm trying to understand how to walk and stand without locking my knees, but I find myself clenching somewhere else...so confused!
