    Battle Rope Exercise. Great piece of equipment that I suggest you get into your workout regimen ASAP. Great for improvement of Athletic Training, Fat Loss, Core Training, Muscular and Cardiovascular Endurance.

    The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

    I just started doing battle ropes yesterday. Ultimate burn high intensity cardio workout! I was very impressed. I do the treadmill, elliptical and bike but that is low intensity and it really only concentrates on your legs and ignores your upper body. I can't even imagine doing 1 minute straight of battle ropes but I will try.

    Glad to see a BOSU in there too! That's all a legit workout I would just caution some folks on the plank one, make sure your more than capable of strong stable planks before destabilizing them so much like this (I'm cautious because my own joints have issues from time to time). Hey do you ever get the ropes to snap against the ground? Give them a pull before the wave reaches the anchor and you get a very satisfying snap against the ground and adding the extra pull is more work for your back. Additionally its more for your mind since that's just one more piece of technique you throw in.
