Mine updated today to say that I am 100 total and complete but still says 100 for my rating. I thought total and complete would be 100. Now it says 100 percent individual but combined 70.
I just received P&T due to them adding a 40% rating for something I never filed for but which has been an issue due to spinal injections. I'm happy, It has changed my families outlook. I did it all on my own, started at 50, than 70, than 80, than 90 and P&T no exam ever required. I'm blessed for sure.
100% P&T with SMC, since 2009. I battled the VBA for 3 years. Finally won, after a denial, low-balled award, and a appeal hearing at my VA Regional Office. With my backpay, I bought a beachfront home in Central America.

I got approved for mines in Sept 2022, I got out the Army in 2017, Super BAD PTSD. Never thought too apply until early 2022. 100 P&T 1ST TRY, only took me 5 months, I applied and did all the paper work myself. Did my exam remotely, did not see ANYONE FACE TO FACE. All Praises to The Most High. I’m 37, about to get my CDL and I feel Soo Grateful to The God of All Gods, too have this Security. Keep Fighting Guys, You EARNED IT. Never let no one tell you differently, ITS NOT A CHARITY.

I retired in 2007 by my request to retire do to all service connected problems after 24 years of service in the US Army because I was trained by old school NCO,S and believe we Senior Non-Commissioned Officers ALWAYS lead from the front but do to injuries it was becoming harder and also didnt want to be 200% disabled before my wife and I had raised our children and due to my belief in what we as US Military do to try and keep our loved ones safe and free tried always to give 150% along with rest of all of my military family and several countries and years in the job added up on the body. However the point is I kept any and all military docs and it still took me from 2007 to 2011 to get 100% perm. And total so keep at and dont get discouraged!!! If you were good to go going in like I was and getting more and more broke physically due to your dedicated service to your country dont give up you earned it!! Hey Combat Craig…. Have you seen “NEW 100% P&T ID cards”?? Woow… it’s a beauty. It looks just like a CAC card, not those old green retired one. DEERS OR VA did great on that one. Got mine yesterday at the nearest military DEERS ID card office. You need 2 things to get the card: 1) DD214 2) VA letter showing you’re 100% P&T On the card it’s says “Indef”… basically will never expire. Folks need to get to get hundo club fast. The card let you get on base, shop, do whatever even if didn’t do 20 years in service. 🎉
The “VA BULLSHIT” is all rule based, and the rules are public and easily available to read and learn. If you don’t get what you want, it’s because you haven’t provided what the rules say you have to. Learn the rules, play the game better. It may be that you aren’t really THAT disabled. That’s the good news, pal.

Ok first of all.. 4:30 i see "side effect from mefloquine". I didnt know that was a thing! And neither did any of the docs I've talked to I guess. I've tried bringing up mefloquine so many times but no one has any knowledge on that blackbox drug we were given... Secondly, how do we get our code sheet? Is that accessible online? Thanks, Craig!
Let me guess your doctors probably work for the VA right? If so go find a real doctor or that isn’t incentivezed to not pay you. Your code sheet is in your VA claims file👍
I managed to get 100% p&t using an outside opinion with nexus letter. But your other videos got me worried the VA could eventually downgrade my rating. Definitely not fraud, live long and on going injuries, but never the less still has me anxious on what they may find as fraud. I know how bureaucratic the VA can be.
I got my decision letter for 100% p&t in 2021. I started this process in 1993. I was tdiu in 2002. I did it the hard way. Wish I had help with the ordeal. It was a long struggle.
@Combat Craig I am willing to bet we went through similar struggles in our journey to 100%. Most of the information you go through in your presentations I went through myself.
Hey brother, I'm 100 % P&T, have a fiduciary. I cannot seem to get out of the program. I honestly can't believe it's been 2 years. I have a TBI, but never saw this coming, i served 05-13 and in 2013 was awarded 100%. In 2018, it was dropped due to missing an exam. Reinstated in 2019, fiduciary appointed may 2020. I currently have many restrictions in place. My money is broken up every month into 3 sections. Housing allowance, clothing, personal. How its broken down is crazy. I only get 1,000 for spending and cannot utilize any funds in my savings. I wanted to buy a vehicle and get an apartment but my "fiduciary " won't let me...im so confused. They said get a letter stating my competency but as you know thd VA is terrible. I called and asked for a competency review only to be told they cannot write me a letter. So essentially im stuck with someone else telling myself that I don't need my own place and that i don't need anything besides what they deem necessary. Shouldn't it be illegal to take away a disabled veteran's right to utilize their funds as they need them or see fit for their family ? I'm so confused. I was told initially that it was temporary. I had my last fiduciary keep me in a hotel spending approximately 40 grand of my money, i had found several places to go that were within my price range but was never able to leave. Anyway I could go on. I am very angry that I have no say on what my benefits are spent on. It seems so unnecessary. If any fellow combat Veterans know or have any advice i would really appreciate it. I didn’t find some stuff on the regular decision letter but when the Pass&ID told me to go into the Commissary letter it told me everything that the decision letter didn’t. Like no future exams are needed. I never received a decision letter from the VA but found it in the letter download section. I was putting in for TDIU and got a decision that increased my bilateral 10% legs to 40% each and that made me a schedule 100% but the letter said something about not being able to work so maybe I both? I am only at 60% so I know that I am not P&T. But I am trying like hell to get to 100% P&T. One more claim to go hope it gets me to the top. "SSD" will be a secondary claim. 2 years ago I started my claims. With CC help and talking to fellow vets. First 0% and 10%, Rate increase of the 0% to 30%. Second claim looking for one got two, another 10% and 20%. So I have 10%, 10%, 20%,30%. In order Tinnitus, Arthritis "neck", Ortho "neck, and Migraines.
You not getting there with 10s and 20s. If I’m in your shoes, the connection is : Tinnitus- to Mental health depression Migraine-to sleep apnea Neck athristis - to lower back Where are: knees, ankles, any flat feet See if any of these apply. 60%, you got ways to go. But you need to start with stacking these secondaries. I was at 10% a year ago. At 90% now, awaiting these clowns error to go be fix & I’ll be in the hundo club

I checked my account last month and found a surprise. I have been 100% for 5 years already but apparently I have been 100% P&T since last November. I receive SMC as well which total is about $4000 a month single. Also SSDI another $2600. Next year's Cola increase will be interesting, a little over $7k a month after an est. 8% cola increase.
Has anyone requested their C-File and received 2 ? Most of my disabilities are static but I am not P&T. With the severity of my disabilities though i imagine someday i will be granted the pleasure of not having to attend the dreaded anxiety exacerbating va evaluation.

I'm now 100% total & permanent (benefits letter and confirmed by DAV) but I've never received a rating code sheet with my decision letters. I just read where the Rating Code Sheet isn't automatically sent to veterans and, often, it must be requested. WTF? I know I'm 100% P&T (scheduler) and even received correspondence to apply for dependent benefits...but why the heck does the VA continue to make things so difficult. LOL!
Hi Combat Craig, I wasn't sure if I should reopen an old VA claim. It was from 2017. At that time I wasn't sure what I was doing and listed a variety of things. The two that stand out right now is Memory Loss and Respiratory. I was denied and did nothing to appeal back then. Recently as of last year August. I submitted for Anxiety, that was denied. Then submitted for PTSD and then through testing was evaluated for PTSD and Sleep Apnea and got my rating (Effective Date December of 2020). Is it worth to try and reopen that 2017 claim? And is it worth to try to change my Effective date from December 2020 to August 2020. Thank you for your time.

Hi Craig, can you look in to VA DIC for survivors? I want to make sure my wife is taken care of. I am now 100% P&T, just been awarded since June 2019 but been 100% rating for over 11 years for agent orange. Does DIC for survivors require me to be 100% P&T for 10 years at the time of death? or would my 10 + years at 100% and going forward 100% P&T qualify my wifi as of now. This covid all my service connected conditions make me worry. I am a Korean Vet 69-71. Thanks for all your help.
I am 100% PT, but I still had one outstanding claim left. I went to the Chicago Comp&Pen apt and the dr said "all my notes say is billateral foot condition, do you know what that is in regards to"? I listed all the issues that I claimed for my feet and she had to check all of them. It wont effect anything, but how the F*)k can the VA be this stupid. I wish they would have let me go to a local apt, instead of at Chicago. I am 52miles from the Hospital and all of my other 26 appts have been local. Wait time at local places 10-20min tops. Wait at Chicago VA 30min-1.5hrs (My personal experience at the Chicago Comp& Pen since 1997
I had to withdraw my outstanding claims and appeals in writing once I reached 100% P&T. I was denied for my feet, but have high knee ratings that can be reduced if I don’t protect my ratings. I’m waiting 20 years from the award to file for my feet again.

After receiving your 100% PT.. & the VA gives routine appointments should we be careful about what we say to the docs so they can’t annotate incorrect information & getting it your percentage reduced ?
Being at 100% would be extremely difficult to keep at a job. I can only speak for myself, but I quit my jobs when I was somewhere around 70% because of my disabilities. I could no longer function in society. I have no idea how anyone could be able to physically or mentally work a job at 100%. I know I can't. I know I can be making more money if I just work a job without the shitty VA pay, but my mind and body just can't anymore because of my disabilities. personally I wouldn't poke the bear to be honest. Be happy with whether you are and if you truly need the money, just go to work, go get a job. Don't listen to someone on the internet. Take the risk of them reducing you because you can make double at most jobs, compared to what VA will pay you alone.
I did what this video said - LOL I have had my knee issue for 20+ years as well as the Insomnia and it says I am not TP and I have never improved - gotten worse ... However, I am not 100% yet ... Where do I find the rating code sheet? I have an appeal in ... waiting on it and that will jump me from 80% to 90% (Actually 94% but VA math ... LOL)

Craig, first of all, THANK YOU!!! You are truly a beacon in a very dark place. Secondly, I am currently 90% but have TPIU, and compensation at 100%. I am also 67 years old, should I try to get a true 100%, or just leave it alone? Personally, I am thrilled with what I have and can't see any advantage to continuing to try for 100%, am I missing something?

Ok first of all.. 4:30 i see "side effect from mefloquine". I didnt know that was a thing! And neither did any of the docs I've talked to I guess. I've tried bringing up mefloquine so many times but no one has any knowledge on that blackbox drug we were given...

I managed to get 100% p&t using an outside opinion with nexus letter. But your other videos got me worried the VA could eventually downgrade my rating. Definitely not fraud, live long and on going injuries, but never the less still has me anxious on what they may find as fraud. I know how bureaucratic the VA can be.

I got my decision letter for 100% p&t in 2021. I started this process in 1993. I was tdiu in 2002. I did it the hard way. Wish I had help with the ordeal. It was a long struggle.
Yeah I was struggling with them for about 30 years myself until I figured out what I actually needed to do!
@Combat Craig I am willing to bet we went through similar struggles in our journey to 100%. Most of the information you go through in your presentations I went through myself.

Hey brother, I'm 100 % P&T, have a fiduciary. I cannot seem to get out of the program. I honestly can't believe it's been 2 years. I have a TBI, but never saw this coming, i served 05-13 and in 2013 was awarded 100%. In 2018, it was dropped due to missing an exam. Reinstated in 2019, fiduciary appointed may 2020. I currently have many restrictions in place. My money is broken up every month into 3 sections. Housing allowance, clothing, personal. How its broken down is crazy. I only get 1,000 for spending and cannot utilize any funds in my savings. I wanted to buy a vehicle and get an apartment but my "fiduciary " won't let me...im so confused. They said get a letter stating my competency but as you know thd VA is terrible. I called and asked for a competency review only to be told they cannot write me a letter. So essentially im stuck with someone else telling myself that I don't need my own place and that i don't need anything besides what they deem necessary. Shouldn't it be illegal to take away a disabled veteran's right to utilize their funds as they need them or see fit for their family ? I'm so confused. I was told initially that it was temporary. I had my last fiduciary keep me in a hotel spending approximately 40 grand of my money, i had found several places to go that were within my price range but was never able to leave. Anyway I could go on. I am very angry that I have no say on what my benefits are spent on. It seems so unnecessary. If any fellow combat Veterans know or have any advice i would really appreciate it. I didn’t find some stuff on the regular decision letter but when the Pass&ID told me to go into the Commissary letter it told me everything that the decision letter didn’t. Like no future exams are needed. I never received a decision letter from the VA but found it in the letter download section. I was putting in for TDIU and got a decision that increased my bilateral 10% legs to 40% each and that made me a schedule 100% but the letter said something about not being able to work so maybe I both? I am only at 60% so I know that I am not P&T. But I am trying like hell to get to 100% P&T. One more claim to go hope it gets me to the top. "SSD" will be a secondary claim. 2 years ago I started my claims. With CC help and talking to fellow vets. First 0% and 10%, Rate increase of the 0% to 30%. Second claim looking for one got two, another 10% and 20%. So I have 10%, 10%, 20%,30%. In order Tinnitus, Arthritis "neck", Ortho "neck, and Migraines.

Tinnitus- to Mental health depression
Migraine-to sleep apnea
Neck athristis - to lower back
Where are: knees, ankles, any flat feet
See if any of these apply. 60%, you got ways to go. But you need to start with stacking these secondaries.

So I can get to my letters section, but where are these other sections that show the circles with % listed? I'm not finding that anywhere and the video doesn't say where this is located to find.
They are in e-benefits. If you can't find em, call the VA and they can walk you through it man.
I checked my account last month and found a surprise. I have been 100% for 5 years already but apparently I have been 100% P&T since last November. I receive SMC as well which total is about $4000 a month single. Also SSDI another $2600. Next year's Cola increase will be interesting, a little over $7k a month after an est. 8% cola increase.

You will be able to find it on your rating code sheet in your VA claims file. I created a playlist called VA letters that will walk you through the process.

Hello Combat Craig I Im 100% t&p. I live in los angeles and 100% income hardly pays for my expenses. I was wondering if Im able to work with 100% disability t&p.
I'm now 100% total & permanent (benefits letter and confirmed by DAV) but I've never received a rating code sheet with my decision letters. I just read where the Rating Code Sheet isn't automatically sent to veterans and, often, it must be requested. WTF? I know I'm 100% P&T (scheduler) and even received correspondence to apply for dependent benefits...but why the heck does the VA continue to make things so difficult. LOL!
They like to make it hard man. Get your VA claims file and your rating code sheet along with everything else will be in there.
Hi Combat Craig, I wasn't sure if I should reopen an old VA claim. It was from 2017. At that time I wasn't sure what I was doing and listed a variety of things. The two that stand out right now is Memory Loss and Respiratory. I was denied and did nothing to appeal back then. Recently as of last year August. I submitted for Anxiety, that was denied. Then submitted for PTSD and then through testing was evaluated for PTSD and Sleep Apnea and got my rating (Effective Date December of 2020). Is it worth to try and reopen that 2017 claim? And is it worth to try to change my Effective date from December 2020 to August 2020. Thank you for your time.
I’d file a new claim whenever you have medical evidence to support an increase 👍

Hi Craig, can you look in to VA DIC for survivors? I want to make sure my wife is taken care of. I am now 100% P&T, just been awarded since June 2019 but been 100% rating for over 11 years for agent orange. Does DIC for survivors require me to be 100% P&T for 10 years at the time of death? or would my 10 + years at 100% and going forward 100% P&T qualify my wifi as of now. This covid all my service connected conditions make me worry. I am a Korean Vet 69-71. Thanks for all your help.

I am 100% PT, but I still had one outstanding claim left. I went to the Chicago Comp&Pen apt and the dr said "all my notes say is billateral foot condition, do you know what that is in regards to"?
I listed all the issues that I claimed for my feet and she had to check all of them. It wont effect anything, but how the F*)k can the VA be this stupid. I wish they would have let me go to a local apt, instead of at Chicago. I am 52miles from the Hospital and all of my other 26 appts have been local. Wait time at local places 10-20min tops. Wait at Chicago VA 30min-1.5hrs (My personal experience at the Chicago Comp& Pen since 1997

I had to withdraw my outstanding claims and appeals in writing once I reached 100% P&T. I was denied for my feet, but have high knee ratings that can be reduced if I don’t protect my ratings. I’m waiting 20 years from the award to file for my feet again.

Not necessarily. You can be 100% schedular and not TDIU. I would look at your account and find out for sure💯💯

I'm P&T and I get a lot of mixed answers about working. Am I allowed to get a part time job? Some people say yes. However, the majority say no.
You can but watch your ass man. You are not protected unless you have the same rating for 20 years🤠
Being at 100% would be extremely difficult to keep at a job. I can only speak for myself, but I quit my jobs when I was somewhere around 70% because of my disabilities. I could no longer function in society. I have no idea how anyone could be able to physically or mentally work a job at 100%. I know I can't. I know I can be making more money if I just work a job without the shitty VA pay, but my mind and body just can't anymore because of my disabilities. personally I wouldn't poke the bear to be honest. Be happy with whether you are and if you truly need the money, just go to work, go get a job. Don't listen to someone on the internet. Take the risk of them reducing you because you can make double at most jobs, compared to what VA will pay you alone.

If you 100% P&T with Scheduler- $$$$ NO LIMIT $$ ( it’s VA law) not mine

I did what this video said - LOL I have had my knee issue for 20+ years as well as the Insomnia and it says I am not TP and I have never improved - gotten worse ... However, I am not 100% yet ... Where do I find the rating code sheet? I have an appeal in ... waiting on it and that will jump me from 80% to 90% (Actually 94% but VA math ... LOL)

I tried to get P&T label, but my plantar fasciitis is holding it up. They said it might get better, after I've had it for almost 20 years now...crazy. I applied last year, so I'm wondering how long should I wait to make another attempt? They got me insoles for my feet.
