Well you're a recovering anorexic so you probably already know this but, when you starve yourself your metabolism slows down because your body is conserving energy, and when you start eating again you gain weight faster because your metabolism is slow and your body is getting ready for "the next starvation". I think that's a big part of the reason why these diets don't work
Also depends on bone mass. Like I've always appeared very in shape (not too fat not too thin) and yet my weight would be much higher than others. It's mostly because I have a higher bone mass so even tho I appear towards the thinner side I seem to weigh much more

I tested Jimin for 1 month I was at 60kg as soon as I started his diet I lost 8 kg I am 52kg and I was also doing Jungkook's sports routine and I was going to run as well. Jimin's diet was to eat only one meal a day, I don't advise you to do this it's very dangerous, I risked fainting several times

Teen/young adult wathever... you nerfs lots of energy to keep up your attention to an efficient level and to remember what you learn. This diet is unhealthy. Dangerous i would say. Cardio is the best way to lose fat though. Try dancing it’s a fun way to get cardio in and dancing is amazing for your physical and mental health :) And also this diet isn’t healthy for you so I don’t blame you not wanting to do it 😂

If you seriously want to do this I’d recommend: cutting up the apple warming it up and adding cinnamon and honey For the sweet potato add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon and non dairy butter if you want For the protein shake I’d probably switch it up for a fruit smoothie, A different one every day so you don’t get bored :)) I know these are extras and might not benefit on the whole losing weight front however losing weight can be miserable especially when you’re only eating a tiny amount of food. Also please don’t do this long term it’s definitely not providing enough nutrients for your body long term. :))

The only diet that I've seen that is more effective is Wendy's diet. Some girl tried it and lost a kg a day. It was half a bowl of rice and an apple a day. And 3000 jump ropes with 40 rounds of running.

To all the people trying to have a glo-up please please please read this: starving yourself WON'T WORK it'll actually make you gain weight!! (This is because the lack of nutrition makes your body think you're dying so it keeps as much fat as it can even if you workout) the best way to lose weight in a healthy way would be to eat three healthily proportioned meals and workout. Yes, you might not notice a difference for a while but it's much healthier than starving yourself so please do the research and figure out a meal plan that has enough calories (and nutrition) to maintain your plan (maintain weight, gain weight, lose weight, etc. I recommend the Healthline website because they have a calculator that does it for you based on what you want from a diet according to your weight and height) and workout moderately (it doesn't' have to be super hardcore, you can just follow a youtube workout once a day, that's what I do) trust me you'll see changes :) keep up the good work and be healthy and don't starve yourself :]

Having been on a yoyo weight my entire life, I realize that getting in shape is more than losing weight and watching what you eat, its an entire lifestyle change. I go to the gym now 4-5 times a week and no longer eat rice and large meals. You should also get out of the house and get off the computer to do activity for 1-2 hours a day. Sitting is probably the worst offender when it comes to being in bad shape.
Okay, so lI've done this diet for two weeks now If you do decide to do this diet, here's a few things that you should do to make sure you are still energized (bcuz there's not a lot of food, duh). So first, make sure you GET SLEEP! You absolutely need your sleep because your body needs energy since you (probably) have drastically reduced your food intake. Second, DRINK YOUR WATER! If you tend to get hungry a lot, it's really helpful to drink a lot of water. I always had my water bottle with me so when Ifelt hungry I could just drink my water. Third, when you get off, DO NOT IMMEDIATELY EAT NORMALLY! You need to gradually increase your food intake to reduce the chances of the yo-yo effect. Try adding 50-100 calories more a week and gradually reduce your carb intake. This diet did work for me. I was never overweight/obese but I wanted to lose weight for the summer. (It's actually harder to lose weight if you weigh less) I think I lost around 10-15 pounds. This may not be completely accurate as I was also doing 2 sessions of 30 minute cardio everyday and did ab workouts 3 times a day. While I only lost around 10-15, there was such a huge difference from my body before and my body after the diet. If you do decide to do this diet, it's probably better if you don't have that many things to do because you need your sleep especially if you workout like I did. I lost a lot of fat around my face (get that jawline biss) and a lot of weight around my stomach. These were the areas that were most obvious but my entire bodyy looked skinnier. *I did modify this diet a bit. I had 1 boiled egg and half an apple for breakfast. I had 2 boiled eggs, cucumbers, and the other half of the apple for lunch, and plain oatmeal for dinner. I just didn't think it was super healthy to eat that many eggs, but it was my personal decision. I did a bit of snacking on cucumbers when I got hungry, on average l think I had half a cucumber everyday with abit of yourgut yeah I hope so this helped you and motivated you to do the diet ❤

It’s been very difficult accepting my body the way it is since sometimes I feel very confident but other times I feel like covering myself all up. I lost weight and I’ve been gaining it back for the last couple of months and to be honest I’ve been very hard on myself.. so I’m very glad you made this video as it had motivated me to exercise and take care of myself more :) Haha my body works in such a weird way too I eat something small and I’m suddenly really bloated.

Disclaimer: The lower body fat you have the harder it gets to lose the weight. That's why some people see a drastic change in 2-5 days and some don't.

i know she only did it for 3 days but this is NOT an effective/feasible way to lose weight. it’s not about “all or nothing” right away. hard truth is that diets don’t work, especially ones like these. it’s just water weight
start with making small lifestyle changes, slowly. cut back on junk food, drink water (annoying ik), implementing strength training(more muscle will aid in weight loss), eat protein to reduce snacking, you don’t need to count calories it’s a waste of patience, just start with healthy foods
it’s okay to treat yourself!! if you deprive yourself of the joyous desserts you will more than likely binge on them. have a lil sweet thing after lunch and dinner if you want

Well you're a recovering anorexic so you probably already know this but, when you starve yourself your metabolism slows down because your body is conserving energy, and when you start eating again you gain weight faster because your metabolism is slow and your body is getting ready for "the next starvation". I think that's a big part of the reason why these diets don't work

Also depends on bone mass. Like I've always appeared very in shape (not too fat not too thin) and yet my weight would be much higher than others. It's mostly because I have a higher bone mass so even tho I appear towards the thinner side I seem to weigh much more

I tested Jimin for 1 month I was at 60kg as soon as I started his diet I lost 8 kg I am 52kg and I was also doing Jungkook's sports routine and I was going to run as well. Jimin's diet was to eat only one meal a day, I don't advise you to do this it's very dangerous, I risked fainting several times

Cardio is the best way to lose fat though. Try dancing it’s a fun way to get cardio in and dancing is amazing for your physical and mental health :) And also this diet isn’t healthy for you so I don’t blame you not wanting to do it 😂

If you seriously want to do this I’d recommend:
cutting up the apple warming it up and adding cinnamon and honey
For the sweet potato add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon and non dairy butter if you want
For the protein shake I’d probably switch it up for a fruit smoothie, A different one every day so you don’t get bored :))
I know these are extras and might not benefit on the whole losing weight front however losing weight can be miserable especially when you’re only eating a tiny amount of food. Also please don’t do this long term it’s definitely not providing enough nutrients for your body long term. :))

Es fácil para perder grasa abdominal (no en tan corto tiempo) en unas 2 o 3 semanas seguí la rutina de ejercicios de chloe ting (o algo así) tiene rutinas para abdomen plano en 2 semanas y marcar 11 líneas de abdominales en 35 días, con esas y reduciendo la cantidad de comida que ingieras es suficiente, por ejemplo si te comes dos tortillas solo come 1 e igual la mitad de la porción que consumes normalmente, tratar de que no sean comidas con mucha grasa, azúcar, sal etc si es posible no cenar y beber mucha agua cuando te dé antojo de algo

You’re the first person I’ve watched that actually followed the diet without cheating, you even under ate, so props to you for following through! But I just have to say you don’t need to lose weight you already look amazing!! I’m shocked that there aren’t more comments telling you that you don’t need to do this 😭
To all the people trying to have a glo-up please please please read this: starving yourself WON'T WORK it'll actually make you gain weight!! (This is because the lack of nutrition makes your body think you're dying so it keeps as much fat as it can even if you workout) the best way to lose weight in a healthy way would be to eat three healthily proportioned meals and workout. Yes, you might not notice a difference for a while but it's much healthier than starving yourself so please do the research and figure out a meal plan that has enough calories (and nutrition) to maintain your plan (maintain weight, gain weight, lose weight, etc. I recommend the Healthline website because they have a calculator that does it for you based on what you want from a diet according to your weight and height) and workout moderately (it doesn't' have to be super hardcore, you can just follow a youtube workout once a day, that's what I do) trust me you'll see changes :) keep up the good work and be healthy and don't starve yourself :]

Having been on a yoyo weight my entire life, I realize that getting in shape is more than losing weight and watching what you eat, its an entire lifestyle change. I go to the gym now 4-5 times a week and no longer eat rice and large meals. You should also get out of the house and get off the computer to do activity for 1-2 hours a day. Sitting is probably the worst offender when it comes to being in bad shape.

Okay, so lI've done this diet for two weeks now
If you do decide to do this diet, here's a few things that you should do to make sure you are
still energized (bcuz there's not a lot
of food, duh). So first, make sure you
GET SLEEP! You absolutely need your
sleep because your body needs
energy since you (probably) have
drastically reduced your food intake.
Second, DRINK YOUR WATER! If you
tend to get hungry a lot, it's really
helpful to drink a lot of water. I always
had my water bottle with me so when
Ifelt hungry I could just drink my
water. Third, when you get off, DO
NOT IMMEDIATELY EAT NORMALLY!
You need to gradually increase your
food intake to reduce the chances of
the yo-yo effect. Try adding 50-100
calories more a week and gradually
reduce your carb intake.
This diet did work for me. I was never
overweight/obese but I wanted to lose
weight for the summer. (It's actually
harder to lose weight if you weigh
less) I think I lost around 10-15
pounds. This may not be completely
accurate as I was also doing 2
sessions of 30 minute cardio
everyday and did ab workouts 3 times
a day. While I only lost around 10-15,
there was such a huge difference from
my body before and my body after the
diet. If you do decide to do this diet,
it's probably better if you don't have
that many things to do because you
need your sleep especially if you
workout like I did. I lost a lot of fat
around my face (get that jawline biss)
and a lot of weight around my
stomach. These were the areas that
were most obvious but my entire bodyy
looked skinnier.
*I did modify this diet a bit. I had 1
boiled egg and half an apple for
breakfast. I had 2 boiled eggs,
cucumbers, and the other half of the
apple for lunch, and plain oatmeal for
dinner. I just didn't think it was super
healthy to eat that many eggs, but it
was my personal decision. I did a bit of snacking on cucumbers when I got hungry, on
average l think I had half a cucumber
everyday with abit of yourgut yeah I hope so this helped you and motivated you to do the diet ❤

It’s been very difficult accepting my body the way it is since sometimes I feel very confident but other times I feel like covering myself all up.
