Great is your faithfulness. So may lessons I learned just watching reruns daily after dinner. And then the lesson of forgiveness. I never realized not to be hurt when I was not forgiven. Just be true to heart that you apologize. The forgiveness is a gift.

I also use the reruns of the Chosen to inspire me on my relation with Jesus and nurture faith in every situation. For all challenges of human tendencies, I remember every disciple portrayed and the idealist goal of calm, humility, and kindness of Jesus. Always looking up when needing help or in pain. Faith is not academic. It's a gift from God.

Though not on prayer, my book recommendations (just because I think they're two really great books are:
"God Has A Wonderful Plan For Your Life: The Myth Of the Modern Message" by Ray Comfort; a great, and important book on evangelism the way Jesus did it, using the 10 Commandments, and "Heaven" by Randy Alcorn. Not only has this book expanded my imagination on just how wonderful and incredible Heaven will be, and all the amazing things we'll get to do on the New Earth, but "Heaven" has also fueled my fire _for_ Heaven, and Jesus, unlike never before. I found myself smiling quite a bit through it.
