'Cannot Control Elections': Supreme Court Reserves Order On VVPAT Judgement

- The Supreme Court today said it is not the controlling authority for elections and cannot dictate the functioning of Election Commission of India, a constitutional authority. The remarks came during the hearing on petitions seeking thorough cross-verification of votes cast on Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) with paper slips generated through the VVPAT system. The court has reserved the judgment for now.

I have the last minute hope with CJI, and Some of the straight forward judges from SC.
What's the issues with counting 100℅ VVPAT? Only the time being, every indian ready to wait for one more month to hear the election (Fair and true) result.
It's not wow at all, coz people had the hope with at last only Supreme Court but now that also buried.
They are not bringing the EVMS to test.. VV PAT voting procedure is not important.. .lets see how its programed inside ..
Bring an expert and provide him what he wants and he will open up everything .

Godani tc who progrmes it. Microcontroller can be programmed to tilt results. What is the source code. The entire EVM must be subjected to forensic audit. Judges are ignorant of the working of microcontroller.

In the absence of any proof of any body tampering EVMs, the SC should not entertain any disputes regarding EVM use in Gen Elections. Politicians and advocates of SC are not doing any free service to the nation but are charging hefty case fees which they have not sacrificed for a national cause also. So special treatment should be made to them.
They can print the Voters nomination symbols after the Election & mix in the counting also it's very easy to do so.

Small boubt - how can one confirm that EVM's working is accurate without counter- checking with vvpat slips? In amock polling in Kerala, at least 4 EVMs registered extra vote in favour of BJP, which was submitted to Supreme Court.
