Here in Australia it is too risky to harness the term "fit" to ascribe competency to female justices.
An ex Justice of Supreme Court Of Victoria by the name Hon Betty King for her eloquence, display of facial art/craft, naughty jokes and perhaps geometry of grace has often been perceived as fit by many males within the legal profession.
However, not many have what it takes to put that to her in person!
I have an awesome laugh listening to them at the law courts!

Constitution is not necessarily what is interpreted by the Supreme Court Of India.
It could very well be the case of an intellectual from any part of the world arriving at a view, which subsequently is borrowed, penned down and spoken by the bench of the court.
