I have been ordering my Polo helmet from Argentina. It takes time to receive but it worth it. You could design your own style (material, colour)

How do you restore one if it’s dried out?
Love my boater hat but I've been trying to find the boater hat with a low crown.
I heard Boater Hats can be quite fragile. Like if you drop them or it takes a bump against a wall the straws can start to get loose. I have a vintage Boater Hat and it has like one strand of thread which sticks out on top of the crown. I was tempted to fix it but didn't want to damage the hat.

There is no place that I know of that specifically sells boater hat replacement ribbon, but you can go to any trim store and buy about 3 ft. of ribbon and make your own. Hope that helps!

@@MyVintageLove Most definitely, I'm more keen on the hat being in different colors(Like Brown, Black, gray, etc). I think it's easy to change the bow to suit one's desire. I can't quite find 'IRL Vintage Stores', is it an online shop Sir?
@@benjamink.kolakojr3680 Oh, that might be much trickier to do. "IRL" refers to "In Real Life" or brick and mortar vintage stores, sorry for the confusion. I don't know of any hat stores that are making new boater hats in different colors, I'm sorry.

@@sillybeeful Oh wow, I'm not sure there's enough that's interesting about our wedding outfits to make a vlog about it. My dress was new, and there were some vintage elements of Matthew's outfit, but it would be a short vlog for sure!
