Very unlikely. Russell T Davies has been extremely explicit that the Master will not be returning whilst he's in charge, and the gold tooth is merely something intended for the next showrunner to handle.
@@HOTD108_ that does not exclude the idea Mrs Flood picked it up tho? They could just say: oh I released the master into the wild you will see him/her in the future. Or have it simply be in her possession again, leaving it for someone else to handle. Easily solvable.

Just a shot in the dark but i think mrs flood might be the white guardian
I get the feeling that Mrs Flood might be an era-long villain rather than a season-long one. She's seemed kinda villainous in these past two episodes.
Not to mention how hostile she was in Church on Ruby Road, before abruptly changing her attitude out of nowhere at the end.
Is she wearing romana 1 coat
And carrying a suitcase marked with Penzance. As in... Pirates of Penzance. As in... The Pirate Planet? Definitely some Romana hints here.
I was loving this season so much but that finale is maybe the worst doctor who episode I've ever seen! By far the worst finale the shows ever had! Im honestly shocked at how bad that was! I'm more disappointed than I was with Chibnall.

@@usersilhouettesyeah sutekhs defeat was utter BS bro was around for like what 20/30 minutes then disintegrated 💀💀💀 everything else was good but it’s kinda concerning when the main villain is a let down
