Hypnosis changed my life 23 years ago. Since then i have become adept and recently very good in utilizing it. Since 2020 i also trained and studied to become a Trainer and hypnosis expert. Since then i had the honor of helping other people reach their goals and overcome their fears & blockades. I strongly sympathized with your report about self hypnosis and that it can need time and care even if you are a good hypnotic subject and also respond very well to suggestions. My solution, years ago, was that i went to a hypnotist to speed up my self hypnosis ability. She installed a trigger i used a very long time to go faster and deeper into self hypnosis. Today i dont need the trigger anymore since i have grown very good and fast entering and using the trance state to my advantage. Great video and greetings from Austria, Vienna 🙂

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. Girl I used to put myself into self-hypnosis before I would study for finals and mid-terms during grad school and I would do it again right before the exams.... I finished grad school in half the time with a 4.0... Let me say prior to this I had test anxiety.... Hypnosis removed this for me. Hypnotherapy can help increase skills as well as remove things such as trauma, pain, fear anxiety etc. There are medical tests that show the changes in the brain during hypnosis especially when one is trying to by-pass pain in the body that are VERY interesting. I have even learned to create hypno-anesthesia. Great Video!!! Very informative...

This is something I really want to try. I think we all have a lot of unresolved scars and traumas we carry with us and that they shape our realities. I see hypnosis as a way to possibly understand and integrate those things into a healthier version of ourselves. Thanks for the video and the work you put in

Idk about hypnosis, but I meditate before work and after eating lunch and that helps me stay composed during my work day

Some say that hypnosis is a very deep meditation where you get deeper into the subconscious mind.

Perhaps also think of people as the camera when you hit record - you come across very comfortable on camera.

My favorite part is when you shook hands with Bucket 😂
But in all seriousness, I wonder what hypnosis could do for me…

Great video, I think I wont pay the reveri app subscription right now. I think your confidence would improve, not with hypnosis, but with tons of social practice. Talking to knew people every day for at least a year...

I wonder if you could save time by using self-hypnosis during sleep, using audio files to reprogram the subconscious with things that you want to work on? I would be curious about the efficacy of that. Cheers.

I don't think you can do much work during sleep, it's a very active process for the brain.

@@Lisekplhehe According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, we can reprogram the subconscious mind during sleep and rewrite some of the old programs that inhibit or prohibit us from being our best selves etc.. Here is one example describing his claims:
