There are many ways of getting into hypnosis. We go into hypnosis naturally at different times of the day. People have misconceptions about how it is to be in hypnosis. It is simply a relaxed state where your mind enters into a brain state where you can accept things and be very focused. The thing I do in this video with the bucket is called a ‘deepened’ It is about giving you proof that your mind can follow suggestions
I went to a psychiatrist to get hipnotized in order to quit smoking; he said I was a rebel and I had too many walls in my mind. He also recommended me to play dumb because men like foolish women and I was too smart 🤓 I left and I'm a remorseless single.😂 I think that what didn't work was that he tried to put a fear in my mind about getting sick due to smoking and I told the guy to stop. It went well when he appealed to disgust about smoking but I felt my red lights turned on. I'll give it a try with positive thoughts. Thanks ☺️
That does not sound good that a psychiatrist would say such things to you. Maybe that is a difference between a doctor and a hypnotherapist. Doctors often think they know it all whereas good therapists are looking to tune in to what the client needs and how they best respond. Making people disgusted by the thought of smoking is effective in breaking habits. But it’s also powerful to create that vision of how your life will be better without smoking. Maybe this is health, energy, how we look or the extra money we have to spend on things we want
@@my-fit-mind-hypnosis-rtt- I agree. I was afraid he would mess up my mind making me think about illness. Fear is not a way to quit a nasty habit neither guilt. At the time I didn't know what narcissism was about but I felt off. It was a long time ago and he was the chief of psychiatry for children in the public system (Spain). He made extra money with private hypnosys sessions and I know about doctors; my father was one and one of my sisters. They are never wrong. Thanks for answering.

When I wrote my book about anxiety I was determined to write a book that didn't come across like it was written by a doctor or a scientist. When we relate to people they relate back to us and they get results.

I agree about making information accesible to general readers. Terminology can put people off and people don't like reading much. I guess it's because technologies are making us lazier in many senses. My pleasure.

Hi Pablo you can do it what ever way makes sense for you. You are the director of the film so you can create the visuals and the emotions that you feel.
Just relax, deeply, deeply relax, no need to get drowsy , then sense the heavy bucket and a light balloon moving. You can notice arm movement effects in seconds and this proves that you can self-hypnotise! So off you go now and manifest states and beliefs that will help you reach some important goals that really matter to you.
@@Archiebean Karen the 2 things I suggest are 1. Create an environment where you can be as relaxed as possible. 2. Don’t try too hard. Hypnosis involves allowing yourself to let things in. If you try to hard you will create friction and tension.

@@my-fit-mind-hypnosis-rtt- I previously mentioned it sounds fine then I disabled loudness equalization just to test it and it actually is a bit quieter than other audio... but every channel varies so much now I remember exactly why I turned on loudness equalization lol

This worked but I went to a professionist to be ipnotized (for regression) but did not work I was very disappointed because it was really expensive

the hypnotherapist needs to take the time to get people comfortable and to test that they are sufficiently relaxed to proceed

I have tried many times, I want to be able to be hypnosed. But it doesn't happen. Any suggestions?

@Archibean think of it like trying to sleep. If you try to sleep you just stay awake. You have to let the sleep come to you.

I checked it on every type of device and it works fine and no one else had a problem so hence my question you. Glad you found out the issue
