I think my favorite book this month was either The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren or Legend and Lattes by Travis Baldree (I’m so glad I finally got around to reading it)
Great video! I just started the Red Rising series in June and uff, book 1 not my favourite but I am planning on reading at least one more to see if I like it more. My favourite books from June were for sure The Sword of Kaigen and The Way of Kings. Both intimidating chonks but am so glad I decided to read those :D Also, pleeeease, I can't take my eyes of the picture right behind you, the guy on the bed, I need to know who the artist is 😅
Definitely try Golden Son! Most people who love Red Rising DNF at Golden Son and then those who were very meh about RR (like me) love the rest of the series 😂 The artist is Meabhd on redbubble!
Favorite book of the month was Fires of Heaven by Robert Jordan WoT book 5, my only five star. I've been on a WoT binge and have been loving my time. I liked Book 3 enough but book 4 is where this series got addicting for me. Brace yourself Becca, Jordan is gonna start chucking a lot of worldbuilding at you in the next few books. A lot more on the different cultures, histories, lore, family backgrounds, and the magic system.
I just read One Dark Window and I honesloved it. Also I'm trucking through John Gwynnes books

I only read 4 books in June, but I read one that will be in my top 10 for the year (it was Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone).

Oh, Please Look After Mom is such a good book. I read it years ago and I still think about it to this day!
